Patagonia holiday home rental

Patagonia house

“Charming and Cozy in a town with tons of character” I had the pleasure of spending a serene 3days in Patagonia with my Husband. I loved the layout and the fact that it is fully furnished including a brand new washing machine and dryer unite! The location was ideal. We had easy access to a number of mountain trails, the eclectic shops and a stones throw away from the local Karioke restaurant and bar. We were able to take a wonderful scenic drive over to Tombstone (which is a must see if you're into the history of that place). All in all it was a wonderful getaway, we look forward to the next time our schedules allow. Thank You Jan, you have a beautiful little haven up there.

Holiday log cabin in Arizona

Flagstaff log cabin

3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 8

“Beautiful cabin in a beautiful area” I am so happy that I decided to rent a cabin for the weekend instead of staying at a hotel. This cabin is beautiful and can best be described as a home away from home. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large and everything that you can possibly need (except food and personal items) is there. We really enjoyed the view from the decks - - lots of trees and a canyon in the back. It's very peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. The cabin is located just a few miles from downtown Flagstaff so is very convenient, but, is far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. And, if you just can't manage to be away from technology for a few days, also has Hdtv with cable and WiFi. I will definitely keep this cabin in mind for future trips. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Holiday home in Scottsdale

Scottsdale house

“Gorgeous, Secluded Retreat” My mom, my 85 year old mom, wanted to see the Grand Canyon and I wanted to see Saguaro cacti! So mom's 4 youngest and one daughter-in-law based our explorations from this lovely house. Perfect set up for her. Fantastic accommodations for the rest of us. We escaped the June temps in the lovely pool and gazebo, hiked Pinnacle Peak, made a scenic tour around McDowell Mountain, just had to explore those boulders in Cave Creek and found plenty of nearby dining. Kitchen is to-die-for so we ate in as well. We found every comfort of home here and were amazed at what the owners made available to us. When the owners say, "fully stocked" and "toiletries" they mean everything! We hope to return with 3rd generation to repeat the experience! Thank you!!"

Arizona holidays

Arizona is a mash-up of Native American, Mexican and American cultures. With college towns sprinkled between major metropolises like Tucson and Phoenix, this state possesses a most unique identity. Much of the state is made up of wild, rugged, untamed terrain that takes on a majestic and spiritual quality in the sprawling Sonoran Desert. There is plenty in Arizona to attract both nature lovers and those who prefer the comforts and amenities of civilisation, from campgrounds in Arizona to the bright lights of Phoenix.

Some of Arizona's most famous attractions include:

  • The Grand Canyon: Arizona's signature attraction is the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon, which attracts millions of visitors every year and is one of America's most iconic and incredible nature sites. It is the most popular of the many Arizona National Parks in the state.
  • Tonto Natural Bridge: The world's largest natural travertine bridge, Tonto Natural Bridge is located about 10 miles north of the city of Payson and offers one of the most unique viewing experiences in the continental United States.
  • Phoenix: A cosmopolitan oasis in the midst of Arizona's deserts, Phoenix buzzes with cultural events, museums, theatres, professional sports and brims with southwestern pride. If you're bringing the family on your trip, remember that many of the amusement parks in Arizona are located in the greater Phoenix area.
  • Monument Valley: Located in the Navajo Nation near the Arizona-Utah border, Monument Valley is home to the state's starkest and most unique desert landscapes.
  • World-class golf courses: Some of the country's best-reviewed and most scenic golf courses are located in Arizona, and with year-round warm weather, anytime is the perfect time to get your game on. Golf Arizona packages are widely available through online and traditional travel agencies.

Arizona's hot, dry climate makes it a perfect place to visit any time of year. Getting a cabin or a condo holiday rental for your stay in Arizona is a smart alternative to renting a hotel room. These accommodations offer more space and privacy, and they are widely available whether you want to rough it in the wilderness or base your visit in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tucson or any of the state's other major cities.

If you want to explore the surrounding area, remember that Arizona borders Mexico to the south. You can also head into neighbouring California, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico or Colorado by using Arizona's easily accessible Interstate highway system.

Nicely Designed 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo at Canyon View
A lovely condo in the foothills!

We had a lovely stay for 4 nights in April 2018. Clara's communication was superb and she met us on arrival and was super friendly. The apartment is well equipped, very clean and quiet. There is a lovely balcony to sit out on and enjoy a glass of wine in the sunshine! Beds are super comfy. The kids loved swimming in the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub.The pool area is very peaceful indeed. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment!see more
Unique house w/ private pool, mountain views & more!
Lots of room and loved the pool

This house is located in the foothills and has lots of room for a big family or group. Could use a handy man to go in and fix or repair little things that are just old and need a little love. We loved the pool and big living room. We would rent this place again. … see more
SPACIOUS SPOTLESS 3 BEDROOM VILLA IN THE HEART OF SCOTTSDALE
Fabulous home from home

Paul and Rosemary were the ultimate hosts. They had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and were there to greet us on our arrival to show us round and explain how everything worked. Water, sunscreen, pool towels, laundry liquid, and much, much more were all available. The pool was great and the comfy recliners ideal for relaxing in the sun. We had the pool to ourselves. Our two weeks passed far too quickly and we were sad to leave this oasis in the Scottsdale sunshine. We would recommend this super place for a relaxing break with absolutely no hesitation.see more
Gingy Vista Home Sedona
Perfect location and perfect house

My partner and I were looking for a place to rent in Sedona and reviewed all the possibilities. I am a hiker and he is a biker and we have a dog. After looking at the map of available locations I selected the Ginny Vista because it was near a bunch of trailheads. I did not know that technically it was in Village of Oak Creek (VOC) but that turned out to be perfect too. Where to begin? The house is wonderful with a great back and front porches. Sunrise in the morning from the back porch and sunset from the front. The neighborhood is so quiet and pleasant that you could spend your time at the house reading on a porch and be perfectly happy - but don’t!!! The house is also amazingly equipped and we rarely ate out because by the end of the day we were exhausted and just wanted to eat and head to bed to get enough rest for the next day. The house is 2 blocks from multiple trailheads and in my opinion some of the best in Sedona area. Annie the dog and I would head out first thing and do a 2 hour hike around Courthouse Rock almost every morning. This included Bell Rock one of the most popular Vortices in the area and visible from both front and back porches. My boyfriend found some of the best biking in the area on Hiline trail also only 2 blocks from the house (via slim shady trail). The Village of Oak Creek has everything you could possibly need and much much less traffic and confusion than Sedona. There are restaurants, coffee shops, bike rentals, a grocery store and strangely almost most important an Ace hardware (2 blocks from the house where I got my head lamp to do the full moon hike up to the saddle of Cathedral rock). It really is the perfect house in the perfect location. PS. The back yard is fenced so letting my pup out was a breeze and she frequently just hung out there after our hikes and waited for me to grab a drink and join her.see more

Log Cabin in Munds Park
Peaceful Perfection!

I'm not crazy about the process of booking with Flipkey, but thank God for the homeowner, Sandy, who was an absolute delight and made booking with her so easy. The house was exactly what I wanted; an A-frame log cabin decorated exactly as a cabin should be, with a loft, wood-burning stove and fire-pit out back. It also had a terrific front deck with a retractable awning (where I sat and read my book), beautiful trees lining the deck and a hammock. The cabin was immaculate and Sandy made sure everything was supplied that we could possibly need, including obscure items. Directions were also there for the fire-pit, television, etc. Although there are surrounding cabins, we only spotted one neighbor briefly and nobody else. It was our own private oasis. There were DVD's, games, books and even a telescope! I didn't want to leave to go to the graduation I had to attend. I would've been perfectly happy to stay at the house the entire time. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Thank you Sandy!see more
