“Cozy home for our family holiday” Hemlock Chalet was the perfect home for our family's Easter holiday weekend. The house was nicely decorated in a lake/mountain motif. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we felt very much at home with the comfortable beds andcozy furniture. The only problem we had was smoke coming into the home when we tried to use the fireplace. Hopefully this problem has been resolved. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

“Great retreat place!” We truly enjoy the house with its view of the mountain. We like not being right at the mountain, but close enough it is easy to get to. Even on snowy days, it is easy to get in and out so we can get to the restaurants in the area. The number of bedrooms is great and allow for a reasonable number of guests to be present at a reasonable cost when you consider other properties in the area, especially those right at the ski area. Given our jobs, the addition of wireless internet is great too. The hot tub is a positive attraction for us as well. We have friends who join us there now on a regular basis and it has a very relaxing atmosphere.

“Great home, nice cove, awesome vacation!” We stayed at Creature Comforts with our family and extended family, 14 total. This home has comfortable beds (larger than what we thought we were getting) beautiful furnishing with plenty of storage space. We love how most of the bedrooms are located seperate from the main living areas of the home, great for the babies (and parents)! The kitchen is very well stocked, much more than other homes we've stayed, plenty of utensils and eating ware, and lots of extras, the owners are really thinking about the renters in this home. The expansive deck gives to beautiful views with plenty of outdoor as well as indoor seating. The fire ring down by the water made for great smore making and late night conversation. Great dock with a storage box for water toys, in a nice cove. The natural current pushes toward the dock in this area so be careful docking your boat (this wasn't a huge problem, just had to aim to to the right of the dock). The hot tub is a little older but suited us just fine, hot and bubbly! The master bath in this home houses an enormous jetted tub, which was a great thing or the kids, they loved it! I see how the driveway would be a problem in the winter, it's very steep, but we were still able to back two seadoos in and fit the rest of the cars, so summer time isn't a problem. This is a lovely home, tastefully decorated and nicely landscaped as well. We loved it here and think you will too!

“Great location - Affordable Price” For a weekend ski trip, this was a great location at an affordable price. We will consider staying at the Deep Creek Village in the future.

“HEAVEN ON EARTH!!!” I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS HOUSE!!! My boyfriend and our friends have stayed in it twice, and trying now to plan a third trip. Once you walk through the doors, you won't want to leave...EVER! At one point, it was on the market to be sold. If I had the money, I would OWN this property. Inside and out, it's breathtaking!

“Great weekend get away with friends.” This is the third time we have rented the Triple T Lodge and have enjoyed it every time. This year we came up with 3 other couples and had a wonderful time. The house is very cozy and kept very nice. We enjoyed all the activites at Wisp adventures and also enjoyed nice dinners at the home. Thanks for a great weekend get away!

“Had a great time!” The house is great. Updated, clean and fit our needs perfectly. The great room, double decks, yard and dock were great. I only wish the entrance into the water were not so rocky, it was tricky with little kids.

“Relaxing and Enjoyable” Despite imperfect weather, our experience at Mystic Cove and DCL was relaxing and enjoyable. The home and kitchen were well furnished and everything was easy to find. We found Mystic Cove's location to grocery stores, etc. to be convenient and easily accessible. Check in and check out was very easy and no waiting and the one maintenance call we made was handled very quickly. My only suggestions for the property would be to provide a broom for quick cleaning of the kitchen and dining area and to trim the shrubs in the under deck area and the steps leading to the dock for easier access. These were minor problems. This was a great place to stay.
“Convienient, beautiful, peaceful location and love the ducks!” Ultra quick check-in, perhaps 2-3 minutes tops, and very professional service. This is the 3rd year renting this same home - almost know it as well as our own. Home completely clean on arrival and ready to go. Layout of kitchen, dining area, and living room well done. Easy stair access to bedrooms, entertainment room and laundry. Banisters to all floors help to safely stabilize a senior's aging body. Everything is provided in the kitchen (pots, pans, tools, utensils) for just about any kind of cooking and entertaining. There is a great ice maker in the fridge, plus the range and dishwasher are provided for other kitchen tasks. Dining area has a large table with chairs and benches for seating. All bathrooms are well laid out and well lit. Everything works well. Best liked? This location gives a good view of the lake plus it allows one to hear ducks and other birds in the morning giving a great sense of natural surroundings. This location also has a row of gorgeous trees between the home and the lake directly visible through the windows of all 3 floors. This location also gives quick access to the Wisp, McHenry's stores and other shopping and entertainment facilities. Least liked? Towel bars and toilet roll holders are of weak design and/or poorly mounted (loose and falling off). All need replaced and/or remounted.

“Convenient location” The home was lovely and provided plenty of space for our group to spread out. Because it is right next to the Go-Carts, it can get noisy on the deck, but you cannot hear the noise inside the house. The lake access area was nice, and the plaza next door has some fun things for the kids. The ice maker was not working when we moved in, and Railey immediately sent someone over with a huge bag of ice and a repairman showed up the next day to replace it. This is not the house you want if you want to experience seclusion, but it was perfect for our mix of adults and children with varied interests.

“Great location and value” The home is located on Marsh Hill Rd. Very convenient to get to. Lake location is perfect and the water is generally smoother here than the central part of the lake. Home is well laid out and adequate in size. Hot tub, downstairs bar, and nice size deck. Cons are the dock was loaded with goose poop and the only one in the area uncleaned. Cob webs and dust could be found throughout the house TV in basement had terrible reception. Bottom line is good value for the location as long as you are willing to pardon the dust.
“Very Pleasant” Dream Catcher is very clean and well kept; room enough for 4 adults and 5 children. The decks are very impressive morning and night - I saw at least a half dozen shooting stars from the main deck. The upper deck off the master bed room was great for morning coffee. There is a slight hill at the bottom of the deck steps leading to the yard and lake. Fairly steep when hauling sleeping kids from the boat to the house...but all in all this is a great house and location. I would recommend Railey Mountain Lake Vacations to everyone. Their customer service before and during our stay was exceptional.

“Peace and Tranquility in the mountains!” The house was, overall, just wonderful. A bit removed from the lake for our purposes, but there was less traffic where we were! It was great to have our own dock slip and the hot tub was much appreciated after a day of adventuring in the national park and at Wisp Resort. I would give it an excellent rating except that the neighboring houses are very close. We were lucky as we were vacationing early in the season, but I imagine during the height of the season you could potentially have problems with noise.
