“Perfect ADK rental” We rented this house for a sister's night away. It was perfect! The house is very well stocked. There was nothing that we needed that we did not find already there. Right down to the "cheater" glasses. The house was very clean, cozy and the beds were amazing. Much thanks to the hospitality. The owners are very kind. They even gave us a tour of the farm. We are definitely going back. I highly recommend this property and owners. Thanks for everything!!

“Highly recommended” This was an excellent rental. The home was clean, very comfortable and well stocked with towels and necessities. The house is within walking distance to Sylvan beach OR if you prefer a more quiet simple experience you can walk to the end of the road, across the park and place your chairs (or floats) in the water and just relax. We will definitely be renting from the owners again

“Wonderful!” What a cute, cozy, comfy place. I had emailed Ella (owner) on another place she had which turned out to be rented for the weekend, and she quickly offered this to us. We didn't actually spend much time at the cottage as we were at Hunter Mountain for a music festival. Hunter Mountain was about 15-20 minutes away and Windham Mountain was close as well. Prattsville is a nice little town, small grocery store nereby, a newly opened "department" type store was very nice as well. The staff at the store were very helpful as well. If we go back to Hunter Mt for anything, we would most likely stay here again. Definitely worth the price!

“Wonderful experience.” The cottage is situated on a lovely tract of land on a stream. We have stayed there many times and it is consistently spotless. The owner has recently added a very nice deck that overlooks the stream which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nature all around. For city dwellers such as ourselves, it is a sublime retreat.

“Excellent lake house vacation in ardinordack area” We had a wonderful stay in Green Mansions Condo. The place is very comfy,clean and very tastefully decorated.It has everything that you might need for your relaxing family vacation. The location is perfect, close to everything. The owners are great and easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend this rental to our family and friends.

“Excellent family house at Lake Ontario” The house is very cosy and complete. We used the BBQ a lot and the children liked to swim in the lake. The owner is very friendly was helping where needed.

New York is also an excellent base for exploring more of New England, particularly in the fall. If you're in the Niagara Falls-Buffalo area, you're just a hop, skip and jump away from Canada, too. Viewing the Falls from the Canadian side is highly recommended if you have the chance.
