“We fell in love with ashland, and we think artYcottage is one of” We stayed at artYcottage for a week, and even as we left, we were marveling about whimsical and creative details that we were just discovering. It was a week of saying "wow -- look at that" and pointing out the hand hammered window valence, or the decorative banister on the stairs, or the patterns on the handmade quilts, or the color combinations of the felted coasters (hand knit and hand felted), or the arrangement of the tile on a back-splash, or the weaving on the screen that separates the main living area from a reading nook, or the comfort of the wooden seats of the bar stools, or the buttery finish on the rocking chair that has all the right angles so that you are perfectly comfortable when you sit in it, or the perfection of the grain on the cabinets. The outside space is also inviting (better wifi coverage out there, too) with hanging baskets of petunias, a rich grove of trees and a sheltered view of the mountains. No tv, but plenty of sound effects from deer, foxes, owls. We also really enjoyed Margaret and Tom, the owners. They were available to answer questions like the best route to Crater Lake, or what a good local winery was. And they were also delightful people. I am so grateful that they have created this masterpiece and are willing to share it. We can't wait to return.

“Beautiful and relaxing!” The house looked just as beautiful as it did online. We stayed here for a ladies weekend away. It had everything we needed. We cooked together in the kitchen and watched a movie in the living room. The hot tub was great. Just make sure you look at the controls before it gets dark, or bring a flashlight. The neighborhood was nice and well cared for and we enjoyed a walk on the beach, which was easy to get to. It was a very relaxing time. We would definetly stay here again.

“Ocean Getaway” This was a very nice condo decorated beautifully in a great location with an amazing view of the beach/ocean and the picture perfect sunsets that go with it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for the ultimate romantic getaway...watching the sun set sitting in the hot tub with a bottle of wine will always be a memorable experience, would definitely go back there again and will definitely mention this place to our friends, thx for the experience.
