Comfortable for max of 10. Large flat panel LCD TV's w/ HD CABLE CHANNELS in each room. Blu-ray player and 3 DVD players. Master bedroom has spacious master bath with jetted tub, large shower and double sink. Beautiful ceramic tile in the kitchen, Living room, baths and hallways. Tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. Gorgeous views from balcony overlooking the bay and Assateague Island. Everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach! When not on the beach enjoy views of the ocean, and bay. Bose Sound system in great room. Easy access from covered parking area via elevator. Large private pier that allows you to fish with out a license needed. Located next to the Rt 50 draw bridge and a short 3 block walk to the beach and boardwalk, the location cannot be beat.

This spacious 1800 sf. condo was new in 2009, fully furnished. This is a beautiful building in downtown location with private off street parking. This is not your standard OC condo, it offers 9' ceilings, large living area, large kitchen, master bedroom and 3 spacious baths make for a relaxed easy going vacation experience! Luxury features galore! The gourmet kitchen offers Stainless GE Profile Appliances including: large side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice on the door, dishwasher. Fully equipped with coffee maker, waffle/sandwich iron, blender, toaster and cutlery. The utility closet has full-sized washer and dryer, making quick work of dirty clothes, ironing board and iron. The spacious balcony offers fantastic views of the bay, Rt 50 Bridge, West Ocean City and Assateague Island. Use of the private pier for fishing is included. Casino is a short drive away.

Huge Master Bedroom Suite: The Master bedroom suite provides a large sanctuary to get away from it all! It features a ceramic master bath with jetted tub and separate shower, double sink vanity. Equipped with a hair dryer. 8' tall large sliding glass doors provide stunning views of the bay. There is a large chair to allow you to drink in the view, read, or view the TV. Great place to retire and relax from the days activities!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
