From the owner

The property is just steps to the beach and is typically for family and mature adult gatherings. Due to COVID we are renting strictly to families. We do not rent to HS seniors. This 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths sleeps 15 people comfortably. The outside offers off street parking for 5 to 6 cars, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is also a screened porch on the front of the house with tables and chairs.

The inside has a very large open room with cathedral ceilings and fireplace. This great room is so large there are two dining room tables that seat 8. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.

There is a separate large laundry room with full size washer and dryer and much open space to make this home a comfortable and relaxing retreat. There is cable TV with every premium channel as well as FREE WI-FI. This property is available for summer weekly rentals and also available for weekly, weekend rentals in the off season. We do not allow pets so as not to aggravate those who may suffer from pet allergies.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nancy (the owner) a message.

If Nancy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
