From the owner

Ta' Kolina is a totally renovated house of character blending with the village's surroundings. All three bedroom's have en suite shower/bathrooms with one of them being a corner jacuzzi bath. The swimming pool is a beautiful roman style measuring 10 x 7 metres with lots of deck space for sunbathing or barbequing. The kitchen is latest design and fully equipped being located next to a well furnished dining area which also contains a period fireplace and cable tv. Just a five minute drive to Ramla L Hamra Gozo's largest sandy beach! The property has easy access to all amenities from groceries, bakeries,bank, pharmacy and many excellent restaurants for eating out. This makes ta Kolina ideal for romantic couples and families all year round and during school holidays too! Free broadband internet is now available wi-fi throughout the house. Air conditioning for COOLING in summer and HEATING in winter is available in all bedrooms on a pay per use coin operated system.

Why can't I call Raymond (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Raymond (the owner) a message.

If Raymond (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
