“Fantastic accommodation with very hospital hosts.” Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. It was of a high standard and very clean. It was in a lovely quiet location just right for relaxing. The pool was fabulous and the hosts certainly went out of their way to make sure our stay was super, including leaving a lovely food package on our arrival. It was close to a bus route which which took approx 10 mins journey to Victoria - the capital. From there buses could be got to other parts of the island.
“Classy authentic Gozo farmhouse” We had a lovely relaxing stay at Ta' Sannat. It is a spacious house with a good pool. However it was very hot in August and not easy to sleep without air conditioning. If fitting A/C is not possible on this house, then nets over the windows would help to keep insects out.
The last night there was a terrific lightning storm, which was beautiful. but the roof above the master bedroom leaked like a sieve.
This beautiful house was even better than expected; spacious, clean and cool. There was a heatwave during our August stay but numerous fans kept us cool. The pool was also brilliant for cooling down and Sam looked after it really well, servicing it regularly. The large balcony was a lovely place to dine and watch the sun go down, or drink wine under the stars. The quiet location was great and you can access the whole of Gozo easily. Sam and Michelle were fantastic, welcoming and helpful hosts; showing us genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond expectations to help us. We won't say any more about how wonderful this gem of a house is because we want to keep it a secret just for us! …
Tas summiena farmhouse
Nice farmhouse & lovely owners
Farmhouse was big and the owners Nice people. There was a thunderstorm there & there was a bad leak in the downstairs bedroom, were water poured through onto my the bedside drawers & on my phone. Luckily it didn't break & I did inform the owners so hopefully they will fix this. Did is not too good but so I would inform your phone provider before going here so you have mobile data as mine wouldn't work there. Apart from that we had no other problems there and it is a lovely place to stay in. Only negative is there's not much around it. You have to get the bus anywhere but once you find your way it's not too bad. I would recommend buying a wkly bus pass for €21. Bus is €2 each singke trip. Taxis are minimum €15. Victoria is a bit more livlier. St.pauls bay is a nice day out, and also Valetta but that is close to the airport but definitely worth a visit. …
Awesome views, amazing apartment
We stayed here in August 2012 and it was amazing. We went as a family, second time to Gozo but first time to this apartment. We already loved Gozo – it’s got a real charm, the people are lovely, it feels safe, and there is enough to keep a young family occupied for 10 days or so. Xlendi is fun and a good place to go for a long lunch – there are three restaurants on a very sheltered cove on the seafront – one is called the Stone Crab – and you can ask for a water-side table and enjoy a civilized bite to eat while the kids play in the very safe, shallow, warm water right next to you. We spent many a happy few hours here! The thing that really made this trip though, was the apartment. I think it must be the highest point on the island – certainly you can see right across to Malta and over to Victoria, the island’s capital. And what a place to do it from: the roof terrace has panoramic 360 degree views and is about the most perfect sundowner spot I can imagine. The apartment itself is great. It’s well furnished, contemporary, extremely clean, and there is plenty of loafing space, so if you are travelling with younger children you don’t feel at all captive when they go to bed at night. We felt completely at home here from the get-go. Although the apartment is fairly out of the way (definitely recommend a hire car), it’s well worth a walk to the little tavernas in the village, which are crazily cheap and actually sell fairly edible food and drinkable wine. The five star hotel Ta’Cenc is also within walking distance and is a good place to go for a drink and a swim. All in all, totally rate this place and will definitely return. Soon I hope! …

Apartment in Ta Cenc Sannat Gozo
Large, spacious, modern and well equipped appartment. Fantastic holiday
Very modern appartment, but still having the feel of being in Gozo. Everything needed to make your stay comfortable. Beds really comfortable, has a washing machine which was invaluable!
Lovely swimming pool which is cleaned regularly. The appartment is in the second floor so would not be suitable if you were unable manage the stairs.
Had really good communication with Steve the owner previously and he met us in Sannat to direct to the appartment. Air conditioning if needed. There are stunning views from the bathrooms. Had a really lovely relaxing time Gozo so small that it does not take to long to get any where Ramla Bay is a deffinate must go to beach along with Hondoq.
I highly recommend this as a holiday destination. Best to hire a car as you will get to see more of the island. The food really good in Gozo very generous portion sizes and very reasonably priced. …
Gorgeous 4 Bed Sannat Farmhouse with Pool & Views
Felt like home on Gozo - a hosting Pearl!
Went on a two week Yoga Retreat trip this summer, hostet by Karen and Snowie and had a most remarkable time staying with her in this beautiful, stunning residence. The house itself is impecably furbished, designed and cosy at the same time so there was nothing I missed at all. Karen filled it with the homy, impecable and freedom spirit a house far from home needs. No disturbing rules, just openness, warm-hearted and exhaling. Thanks again, Karen, you and Snowie made my holiday. :) Will be back soon!! …
