Ardmun sits within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park overlooking Holy Lock with views down to the Firth Clyde and over the hills. The house has four bedrooms with the Master bedroom having a 4 poster bed, with a further double and two single bedrooms. There is a main bathroom and shower room.
The house is central heating plus has two wood burners .
Downstairs has two reception rooms, kitchen and conservatory. The conservatory has a large dining table with seating for 8-10 people
and a wicker suite overlooking the panoramic views.
The conservatory is position at the front of the house south facing.
The house is one of the 6 houses of similar character known as the Tea Caddies built by David Napier in circa 1850.
Ardmun is a beautiful home with all the comforts in a fabulous location for a self-catering holiday. I deal for walkers, fresh and salt water fishing and city site seeing. Glasgow airport and trains have good connections to ferry crossings making

The Cowal Peninsula region

Kilmun is approxiamtely 6 miles from Dunoon where ferries link to train and airport services.
Glasgow 35 miles and Edinburgh approximately 85 miles.
Many places of interest within easy reach. Stirling Castle, Inveraray Castle and prison.
A good central location.

Ardmun sits within the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park with
Benmore Botanical Gardens are glorious gardens with 120 acres of flowers and scrubs in a mountainside setting estiblish since 1863 only 3 miles away. Local walks at Pucks Glen and Kilmun arboretum managed by the Forestry Commission.
Many local amenities Dunoon has a swimming pool and crazy golf, local shops and supermatkets.
Local salt and and fresh water fishing (licences can be purchased local for fresh water fishing).
Cowal games are held in Dunoon in August and the Cowalfest In October.
