We pride ourselves in being a family-friendly self-catering accommodation, with a special touch of homeliness.

Sandbank 2 is located on privately owned grounds, finished to a high standard for your satisfaction. We offer additional peace of mind during your vacation with automatic gates as you approach the entrance; allowing you to explore the local area as often as you like or to explore nature. After only a short walk you will be greeted by seaside, and a short drive will have you in our local fishing town called, Kilkeel.

The house comprises of:

- Living room, kitchen and dining area (with extra dining table)

- Patio with furniture and BBQ

P.S. "Robby the Bear" is a permanent resident of Sandbank 2. He is no ordinary teddy bear at Sandbank Holiday Lets. He likes to greet families with children with goodies - just for them. You can never be sure what is up his sleeve!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If KATHRYN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
