This beautifully appointed house is situated at the end of the Pier Road overlooking Carlingford Lough and Killowen bay. With views of both the Mourne and Cooley Mountains. Greencastle Royal castle is 4 minute walk away.The beach is just metres away and Cranfield blue flag beach 10 minute walk. TheCarlingford Lough Ferry 5 Mins walk, from here you can drive, cycle or walk into Carlingford or explore the Cooley pennisula. A 15 minute drive takes you to Killowen Forest with some of the best mountain bike trails in Northern Ireland. Newcastle is short drive away with its award winning Golf courses, restaurants and stunning beachfront. The more adventurous can avail of Carlingford outdoor adventure centre or Hike through Silent valley and into the mournes. Alternatively relax in front of the fire pit and take in the views and surrounding wildlife.

Loved this place. Our family of 8 stayed and the kids were never bored. Beautiful views over Carlingford Loch and 1 minute walk to the ferry. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Siobhan (the owner) a message.

If Siobhan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
