Simzer is furnished in an eclectic style with a mixture of quality furniture from England and bespoke pieces made locally to our designs.No expense was spared in kitting her out as she is run as a luxury family home with designer bed linen,a fully equipped kitchen,games tables and toys and gadgets. We believe cast iron should be limited to gates and fences whilst beds and sofas should do seperate jobs for optimum comfort.
We operate a sharing system by filling all the cupboards at the start of the season and inviting guests to use/replace items as they do in their own homes which means there are always plenty of fresh items for adding to those wonderful fresh local products.

There is a Toyota Rav 4 vehicle with luxury full option interiour and child seats available for hire at a reasonable rate to those guests who fear for their lives in the usual "tin cans".

Our Management team is second to none and will do your every bidding with good grace at efficiency at any time day or night. You can have fresh bread delivered every morning and your shopping sorted out if you wish.

Simzer is accessed by just the one step up from her private driveway which is a rarity in Kalkan!

The games room has been named "club Simzer" by my children as when they are entertaining friends they rarely emerge much before dawn as there is good soundproofing so no noise nuisance. We offer games and toys for all ages and types from tiny people who like soft toys and Thomas Duplo to those who like board games or our totally mad WI Beatles Rock Band and other equally strange games.

Simzer enjoys a larger than average infinity swimming pool with Roman Steps and graduated depth with a small "baby" pool integral to it. There is a large terrace and safety features including locking doors and gates on all sides of the pool to keep small people safe and also a large "CHILD CATCHER" at the end of the infinity pool just below the eye line. There is a good sized garden with many flowering plants,fruit trees, antiques, an enormous red rock that was deposited by a JCB as it weight over 50 tons, old pots and the most extrordinary genus of grass that does not need mowing.

How do damage deposits work?

If Lyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
