Welcome to Our Holiday House Yorkshire.  We offer you a lovely holiday rental property in the beautiful village of Ingleton surrounded by fabulous scenic country walks, such as the Ingleton Waterfall Trail and the breathtaking Thornton Force waterfall.

The cottage provides family and dog friendly accommodation in a cosy grade II listed building that we hope will make you feel right at home. Our Holiday House Yorkshire is a beautiful self-catering cottage in a picturesque village location, with nearby pubs and restaurants, perfect for conquering Ingleborough and completing the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge. Our Ingleton cottage is a recently renovated 3 bed-roomed cottage which is fully furnished with central heating and free wi-fi, and provides all the comforts of home for your stay in Ingleton, Yorkshire. It will appeal to families, couples or groups of friends alike, and don't forget the dogs.

The front exterior is a small planted garden that leads onto Bell Horse Gate.  The rear exterior is where cars are parked and in summer (hopefully) where a few tipples and BBQs can be enjoyed!

There is room for 3 small cars or 2 large cars or SUVs.  The vehicles need to be reversed onto the drive.  The first parking spaces are for our neighbours, please do not use them or obstruct access - thank you

Our Holiday House Yorkshire – Ingleton offers a self-catering cottage located in the centre of Ingleton, and will appeal to families, couples, walkers, cyclists, climbers, cavers and potholers, and those with an interest in nature or geology. As well as pubs, restaurants and shops, all within easy walking distance (less than 500 yards!). Dogs and children will have plenty of exercise! There is room for 3 small cars or 2 large cars or SUVs. The vehicles need to be reversed onto the drive. The first parking spaces are for our neighbours, please do not use them or obstruct access.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lee (the owner) a message.

If Lee (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
