Beautifully restored Dales Barn, ideal for families and those with limited mobility, provides superb spacious accommodation with exposed beams and feature stonework. In a secluded position surrounded by fields with glorious views of Ingleborough. Lots of space for children to explore and play safely. Pets all shapes and sizes welcome and can be exercised in our fields and on the riverbanks (swimming optional) Stunning walks right from the door.

Just one mile from the centre of Ingleton Low Barn offers easy access to the village on foot or by car. Famous for its Waterfalls, the village also has a wide variety of interesting shops and tearooms as well as good quality inns serving meals throughout the day and evening.

The Three Peaks of Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-Ghent are all within easy reach, as is England's largest show cave, White Scar. The famous Settle-Carlisle Railway, Lake District, Trough of Bowland and the many surrounding Dales Villages make Low Barn an ideal base for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Low Barn has an open plan, double height lounge with wood burning stove (logs supplied) on the same level is a well equipped, full size dining kitchen. Also a double bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite "wet room" with walk in shower, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Suitable for someone with limited mobility or who may need to use a wheelchair some of the time.

On the lower level are two further bedrooms, one twin room and one bunk room and a family bathroom with shower over the bath.

All linen and towels are included in the rental.

Low Barn can be booked with the adjacent cottage Holme View (sleeps 4) making it ideal for up to 10 guests

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Malcolm and Hilary (the owner) a message.

If Malcolm and Hilary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
