The perfect Holiday home to rest and relax. The views from the windows are of rolling fields and Welsh hills. The log burner means homely warmth in the lounge whatever the season, and is a supplement to the oil fired central heating.

Recently renovated property now with free wifi.

Graded 4* by Wales Tourist Board.

Bevan House is located on the Regional Cycle route 25, and is the ideal place to start and end your cycle journey around Radnor. The Radnor Ring Cycle route 25 is an 84 mile circular route, which follows quiet country lanes in the Mid Wales countryside.

There are plenty of friendly country pubs within a few miles of Bevan House offering old fashioned service and a welcoming atmosphere. The Hundred House Inn is within easy walking distance and serves good food. Walking, Cycling, exploring fascinating towns, enjoying nature at it's unspoilt best, or simply relaxing - there's something for everyone! The Wood burning stove makes this a very romantic place to stay for a few days.

Lovely large lawns for the children to play on, or to enjoy a bar-b-q with friends. One lawn has a picnic table on it which is ideal for alfresco dining. There is also a lockable garage where you can store your bikes. We now have bikes in the garage for customers use.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angela (the owner) a message.

If Angela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
