Apple Trees is a delightful detached bungalow . Recently refurbished to a very high standard. The decor is tastefully co-ordinated giving a restful and stylish ambiance. Located on the South side of Holt it is a level 10 minute walk into town.
The comfortable accommodation at Apple Trees sleeps four comfortably and a further two on a sofa bed for occasional use. The accommodation all on one level is as follows : glazed porch ; wide hallways; double bedroom with king size bed, adjoining en-suite shower room; spacious twin bedroom adjacent to family bathroom; large bright and airy lounge/diner, south facing with patio doors opening onto the garden, a sofa bed provides occasional sleeping for two; large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, door to garden. A high chair and a travel cot with mattress is provided (please bring your own linen for this).

Enclosed south facing garden overlooking Holt Country Park. Mainly laid to lawn with a few fruit trees (apple and plum) patio area with dining table and chairs for six, BBQ supplied.
Parking for one car on driveway, for a further car in garage, or outside property on road.

Holt is a fascinating Georgian town, wonderful for shopping and browsing its art and craft galleries, speciality food shops and its very own department store. Many lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs where you can enjoy a break and 'people watch'.

Holt

Within easy reach are : Blakeney, Cley and Wells which are a paradise for birdwatching and wildlife. Cromer, Sheringham and Hunstanton are traditional seaside resorts. Burnham Market, known as 'Chelsea on Sea' and Sandringham, the Queens summer residence, many National Trust properties and Holkham Hall.
The last week of July Holt hosts The Holt Festival which is developing into a highly acclaimed all-round cultural event.

“Very comfortable, clean with all facilities you could need.”

We have been to Apple Trees twice and are going again in September. It is in a quiet cul de sac and is very comfortable, clean and with all the facilities you could possibly need. The garden faces south and is well laid out with patio table and chairs. Close to Holt Country Park which is great particularly if you have dogs. easy walk into the town and short drive to North Norfolk coast. We love going holiday to North Norfolk and it would be hard to find better accommodation.
