Knotty Pine Cabin - 2 Suites and Guest Room(Owner lives on main level):

----Knotty Pine Suite: "'Select Comfort" dual control Queen Size Bed. Private bath - two sinks - enclosed shower - elaborate Onyx Jacuzzi tub & shower. Drive-up / Private entrance. Large sitting area, table & 6 chairs, additional 1/2 bath by dining area.

----Finch Haven Suite in loft has a queen bed, full bath with Jacuzzi tub & shower, large sitting area, private deck/view of Black Elk Mountain.

----Guest Room - Bedroom on main floor has a queen bed, sitting area, private bath with shower.

Knotty Pine Cabin is smoke-free(in home). No pets allowed.

Knotty Pine Suite has microwave,two coffee brewer's, full size frige with

freezer,two toasters,a crock-pot,a stove is available on main floor.

Note:I live on the main floor - both suites are exclusively your area.

The property is very spaceous PLUS lots of walking areas outside. There is one big loop arouind property, about 1/2 mile. Then there is is 1/2 mile walk out to the main road hwy 16/385 - then across the Highway there is a 'dead-end road' about 2 miles long. Then when you go to Hill City, about 2 1/2 miles ,there is Michelson Trail from Deadwood to Edgemont, over 100 miles (can walk or bike on this trail). Rapid city has lots of shopping (Walmart & Sam's Club). Hill City has an Excellent Grocery/Liquor store) and Hardware and lots Eating Choices.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alois (Al) (the owner) a message.

If Alois (Al) (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
