Harlech Apartment on Glan Gors is a spaciously and contemporary styled, ground floor apartment with a sunny South West facing aspect and views of the historic 12c castle. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, free parking and is part of a development of mainly residential apartments only two storeys high, built about 20 years ago. The apartment can sleep up to 4 guest by utilising the bed settee in the sitting room (supplement applies). Free Wifi.
Set in Snowdonia National Park, Harlech is a world heritage site and the castle is not to be missed! This apartment is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you want. Ideally located for golfing enthusiasts as the apartment is within walking distance to the ‘Royal St David’s golf club’ being listed in the top 100 golf courses of the British Isles. Miles of sweeping sandy beaches and stunning walks are easily accessible from the apartment and if you're into cycling or horse riding, there are numerous scenic places to ride. This is a walker paradise with miles of glorious walk nearby! If you're not the active type, there is lots to do in Harlech and Barmouth with independent shops, pubs and eateries or how about a ride along the coast on the scenic Cambrian Coast Railway?
ACCOMMODATION:
Living room:
A sunny and spacious sitting/dining room with the focal point being the patio doors which open onto the communal garden and enjoys lovely views of the castle over the open garden with playing fields behind. There is laminate wood look flooring, a feature electric fire place and surround, electric storage heater, seating for 3, inc 1 X 2 seaters bed settee, and cosy arm-chair, also 2 wooden dining chairs and a round wooden dining table. There is flat screen Freesat TV/DVD for your entertainment.
Kitchen:
A lovely, modern, separate kitchen is next to the living room. The kitchen has fully fitted kitchen units and a tiled effect floor. There is an electric cooker with 4 rings, under-counter fridge, toaster, microwave & kettle. Washing machine, iron, airier & ironing board. It has ample storage and is newly equipped with everything you would expect in a well presented holiday home kitchen, inc pots, pans, glasses & all the crockery.
Bedroom sleeps 2:
With double bed, built in wardrobe, bed side table, window overlooking the front and electric storage heater. Bedding & towels provided.
NB: Please note there is a supplement of £35, per extra guest, over 2. We can accommodate 4 max by utilizing the bed settee.
Family Bathroom:
Including a bath with electric shower overhead, toilet, pedestal sink unit, side window, part wall tiling and electric heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE:
Sunny terrace & communal gardens.
Through the patio doors and onto the sunny terrace, there is a wooden garden table plus chairs. Dine Al Fresco, soak up the sun and enjoy the fabulous views of the castle. The property has a shed to store the garden furniture.
The apartment is surrounded by well-kept grassy areas and mature trees. There is plenty of FREE parking to the front of the apartment block.

It is the guests’ responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.
Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights.
Changeover day is FRIDAY in the main season.
One dog welcome, we ask for details regarding the age and breed (no puppies) £25 supplement will apply.
