I invite you to use my lovely holiday home as your base from which to enjoy all that Harlech and the surrounding area has to offer.

This modern house is situated at the edge of Lower Harlech. It is adjacent to farmland and has fabulous views of the mountains.

The house has three bedrooms, two double and one with single beds. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with large walk in shower. There is also a family bathroom with a bath. We provide bed linen and towels.

The house is located on a very quiet road and the drive provides parking for two cars.

Harlech Train Station, which is part of the beautiful Cambrian Coast line, is just 0.7 of a mile away.

The house is suitable for those with limited mobility. It has a ramp to the front door, a stair lift and is fitted with hand rails.

On arrival you will be greeted by Julie who looks after the house for me. She will be happy to assist if needed.

We provide a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and toiletries. We are also happy to receive your Tesco delivery, which can be ready in the fridge and cupboards when you arrive.

There’s so much to do in Harlech and the surrounding area but the stand out features are the 13th Century Castle, the Royal St. David’s Golf Club and the Beach. The Wales Coast Path passes yards from the back garden and we are happy to advise you on the best walks in the vicinity.

Other facilities within a short walk include:

* an excellent mini-market that's open from 8am-10pm

* a swimming pool and leisure centre

* numerous cafes and restaurants

Attractions within a short drive include:

* The Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway

* Portmeirion Italinate Village
