The apartment is a cosy fully equipped and furnished apartment on the ground floor with a private terrace attached with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea in front of the huge shared pool. The apartment is 70 sqm with a terrace of 50 sqm. From the roof terrace, which is accessible by lift, the view is overlooking half of the island of Gozo, as well the sister island of Comino and the main island of Malta. Drinkable water is available due to a installed filter system in the kitchen.

The apartment is situated in Fort Chambray, a fortification built in the 18th century by the Knights of the Order of St John, today one of the most luxury residences of Gozo. The Fort is located the village of Ghajnsielem, a central place only few minutes to the ferry port where you can find some restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The capital of Gozo, Victoria, is only 15 min by car or bus, where you will find a lot of shops, restaurants, cafés, the cathedral and the opera. The islands have a lot of sightseeing and culture. You will also find all locals speaking very good English and they are genuinely nice.

Das Apartement ist eine gemütliche komplett ausgestattete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Von der privaten Terrasse blickt man direkt auf den Pool und das dahinter liegende Mittelmeer. Die 70 qm große Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und eine Wohnküche mit einem Trinkwasser-Filtersystem. Die gemeinsame Dachterrasse in der 4.Etage ist über einen Lift erreichbar. Von kann man den Osten Gozos, zur Schwesterinsel Comino und zur Hauptinsel Malta blicken.

Das Apartment befindet sich in Fort Chambray, einer Festung, die im 18. Jahrhundert von den Rittern des Johanniterordens erbaut wurde und heute eine der luxuriösesten Residenzen von Gozo ist. Das Fort liegt am Dorfrand Ghajnsielem, ein zentraler Ort, nur wenige Minuten vom Fährhafen entfernt, wo einige Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte zu finden sind. Die Hauptstadt von Gozo, Victoria, ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bus entfernt. Hier gibt es zahlreiche Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés, eine Kathedrale sowie eine Oper. Weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten und kulturelle Attraktionen sind auf der ganzen Insel zu finden. Die Einheimischen sprechen neben ihrer Muttersprache, sehr gut Englisch und sie sind sehr hilfsbereit.

Unfortunately the cancelation of your booking was necessary to avoid an overbooking, as I told you. It was an internal problem of synchronization. Why can't I call Anja (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anja (the owner) a message.

If Anja (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
