This beautiful house has stunning views over Loch Tay with a first floor living room maximising the spectacular views over the loch. It is very well presented and equipped to a high standard. This modern and bright two bedroom (one with en-suite showerroom) house has two double beds making it an ideal retreat for two couples or a family. Loch Tay is a fantastic base to enjoy the beautiful Perthshire countryside and the surrounding areas of Scotland.

With two Munros within 10 minutes drive it provides a great base for walkers and cyclists and the nearby water sports centre offers an extensive range of activities on the loch. This house is also great retreat to de-stress and enjoy a relaxing weekend.

The local area boasts a number of great restaurants, bars and galleries. There is a golf course and horse riding 5 km away in Kenmore.

“Brilliant stay in a lovely house”

We stayed for 2 nights in this lovely house, with stunning views over Lock Tay. The house was warm, cosy, modern, and very spacious. It was lovely and quiet, and well located for walking, cycling and for activities in Kenmore and other villages. We particularly loved the beautiful wine glasses and wine fridge! It was perfectly set up for a great self catering holiday. We will definitely return!!

We spent four days in this lovely upside down house! The views of the Loch are amazing - even more so when you get to eat breakfast on the balcony overlooking the loch in October! Close to local amenities, restaurants and hotel and coffee shops. A visit to the Crannog centre is a must and loads of castles to visit!

“First class accommodation with a wonderful view”

We booked this accommodation for 2 nights as we had tickets for the Enchanted Forest in Pitlochry. We have stayed in many self catering lets in Scotland and must say this was one of the best. Extremely clean - which is highest on my list of priorities, super comfy beds and high quality bed linen and towels. The furnishings were all high quality and everything you need is there. The weather was amazing kind on day one and we even managed to sit in the balcony and admire that stunning view. If I was forced to comment on one small negative it would be the noisy plumbing and creaky noises from floorboards when you are downstairs and someone is above. Overall though we were super impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending and would book again for sure
