“Everything for Everyone”

Reviewed 26 Mar 2016

Superb location on the busy stretch of coastal water . The apartment has views and direct access to beach overlooking Isle of Wight . The apartment is beautifully laid out and with striking kitchen with all mod coms . Bathroom and bedrooms furnished with toiletries and towels and loads of storage .Everything is included down to wifi and boardgames for a rainy day. Hayling Island can be the land that time forgot taking you back to the seaside of yesterday and this is one of if not the best place to enjoy it .

thank you for your kind review look forward to seeing you both again kind regards claire @nab tower view

“Wonderful place to spend Christmas!”

Reviewed 5 Jan 2016

Situated right by the beach, a fabulous location. We were greeted with a decorated tree and a festive dinner table. I felt this was above and beyond what we could have expected and the property manager came round to check we were settled during the afternoon on Christmas Eve. The whole property is spotlessly clean and it felt warm, even with the blustery wind blowing along the coast. The fully stocked kitchen enabled all manner of meals to be cooked and the supply of glasses, crockery and cutlery meant we could enjoy all of them. There wasn't a mobile phone signal inside the property, due to its sturdy construction, fortunately the Wi-Fi enabled the children to remain connected via other apps. All in all, a very good sized property in a great location with everything you need!

thank you for your kind review, hayling island unfortunately is renowned for bad mobile phone signals in some areas and ours is one of them we look forward to seeing you and your family again

“Relaxed accommodation with brilliant access to the beach”

Reviewed 28 Jun 2015

Booked Nab Tower View for a holiday with my elderly mother. The location was excellent for me, with easy access to the beach and walks beyond, and my mother, who was able to relax in comfortable surroundings and enjoy the garden. The Island has much to offer with easy but really interesting walking. The coastal wild flowers were particularly beautiful in June. There are some very nice pubs on Hayling Island with an especially enjoyable evening watching the Morris Dancers at The Ship Inn. It was exactly the holiday I was hoping for to give Mum and I some quality time together.

thank you for your kind review look forward to seeing you again kind regards claire

“Lovely base to stay.”

Arrived late on but easily got access to the property. The apartment itself was immaculate and accurately described, with a beautiful garden that opens directly onto the beach. Inside there is everything that you could possibly need, washer, dryer, dishwasher, iron, coffee maker etc, and also included good Wifi reception, which is vital when travelling with an eighteen year old!!

we are glad you had a great stay and thank you for your kind review, we hope to see you all again kind regards claire

“Relaxing break.”

Reviewed 22 May 2015

Claire the owner was very prompt in replying to our booking and refunding our deposit on our return home. She met us at the apartment and showed us around - it was evident nothing was too much trouble but we were happy to be left to our own devices. Lovely location, flat pavement outside the back garden for a sea walk. Families with children would have easy access to the sea and beach (pebble). Easy cycle path around the island. 10 mins to Portsmouth, 15 mins to Chichester so great location to other areas. Very easy to find and a great value stay in a roomy apartment with plenty of kitchen equip etc.

thank you for your great review and we hope to see you again regards claire

“You can hear the sea on the shore as you sit in the stunning garden”

Reviewed 14 Apr 2015

We were given a warm welcome by our host on our arrival. Great information pack provided with all the essential information for the local area. the beautiful decor throughout is in a maritime theme and fits the location perfectly. Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and there is a BBQ in the garden . Both my mother I and my children (7 and 11) were very happy with their rooms. There are plenty of board games in the living room if you do get a rainy day.

many thanks for your kind review we look forward to seeing you and your family again kind regards claire

“chic and cosy, yet practical and comfortable”

Reviewed 23 Mar 2015

Having competed a number of times at sailing events at the nearby club, I had walked along the beach seeing nice beach front properties yet had to stay in a premier inn or similar. So this time we were pleased to find Nab Tower. Owners were very accommodating as we only needed two nights, but still arranged for the property to be warm and even coffee on with a welcome pack for our late arrival. the party consisted of two adults and two teens, The property has everything you need including washer/dryer and kitchen- all mod cons. Nice linens/towels and very clean. Good heating as March was fairly nippy and we also had sailing kit to wash and dry which was easily done. We didn't cook at the property due to its close proximity to the sailing club, 22 min walk or 5 min drive, but the kitchen was well equipped. Would use again, if available.

Thank you for your kind review we look forward to you staying with us again in the future Kind regards Claire

“Fantastic apartment on the beach.”

Reviewed 6 Oct 2014

It is such a lovely apartment, with everything you could need for a break away from home and very well appointed for the sailing club and being able to walk along the beach. We loved being able to sit out on the patio in the mornings for breakfast while our sailors were getting ready for the day (helped by unseasonal warm weather!). We will definitely hope to return again whenever there is another sailing event as it was such a lovely place for non-sailing parents to hang out when the kids are out on the water.

thank you for your kind review look forward to seeing you again

“If you could bottle what this place has got you'd make a fortune...”

Reviewed 22 Jul 2014

Why should you stay here? Wonderful location right on the beach. Fantastic property perfect for a family but was still perfect for us as a romantic break. Loads of room with lots of nice discreet personal touches. Everything was new, clean and modern and well stocked from plenty of lovely thick towels to a pukka packet biscuits - without which no home from home is complete. Open up the whole of the back of the place up to let sea air and sunshine in and relax in the garden or the lounge, or walk 20 feet onto the beach. Claire and Martin, two of the nicest owners we have ever met that couldn't do enough for us, but weren't intrusive at all and totally left us to our own devices, just totally sound. Hayling Island is great, British seaside that feels real but not commercial, and this is one of the best spots you can be there. Just don't tell everyone I'd say. Thanks again Claire and Martin. Customer service is back and alive and well in Hayling Island.

Thank you for your lovely review hope to see you back soon Kind regards Claire and Martin
