“Great service and value” We visited for a weekend as we were attending a Christening. Unfortunately traffic was terrible, so we arrived much later than expected. A quick call and our arrival was sorted. One thing to note is that the park is mainly pr

Dragonfly
A lovely break

We arrived at the Hayling Island site mid afternoon and were able to access Dragonfly with ease. We were greeted with a spotlessly clean van. Dragonfly was a good size for my family (2 adults & 1 child). We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and even a drink for my little boy (these were lovely touches and attention to detail). Dragonfly is a home from home, we had all the mods and cons and facilities we needed while we stayed. Dragonfly was situated in a lovely quiet part of the site and I would recommed staying here to anyone who has a family and wants somewhere peaceful to stay but yet close to all site facilities. Sue, Jean, Freda and John I all had the pleasure of meeting and they were all friendly and very helpful when we needed some assistance. I will no doubt be in touch with them regarding staying with them in the future. As for Hayling Island the weather was fantatic during our time there, we visitied the sites pool and plays area's with our little boy who enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. We visited Portsmouth, Chichester, Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, Havant, Solent Port to name a few places and everywhere we visited had lovely beaches, cafe's, shops and resturants. I would recommend a trip to Hayling Island to anyone looking for holiday/break on the South Coast.see more
Nab Tower View
chic and cosy, yet practical and comfortable

Having competed a number of times at sailing events at the nearby club, I had walked along the beach seeing nice beach front properties yet had to stay in a premier inn or similar. So this time we were pleased to find Nab Tower. Owners were very accommodating as we only needed two nights, but still arranged for the property to be warm and even coffee on with a welcome pack for our late arrival. the party consisted of two adults and two teens, The property has everything you need including washer/dryer and kitchen- all mod cons. Nice linens/towels and very clean. Good heating as March was fairly nippy and we also had sailing kit to wash and dry which was easily done. We didn't cook at the property due to its close proximity to the sailing club, 22 min walk or 5 min drive, but the kitchen was well equipped. Would use again, if available.see more
Sycamore
Great little getaway

We arrived later than expected due to traffic on the dreaded M25 but Jenny (Freda was away) warmly greeted us and gave us the lowdown on the practicalities of Sycamore. Our kids (3 1/2 and 16 months) were right at home opening and closing cupboards and once we worked out where we could put up our travel cot (the caravan is 2 snug bedrooms) so the kids would be happy and comfortable and we would get a good sleep too, we decided to head to the club house and register for our leisure passes. Note: ensure you register prior to 6pm (apparently they can't do it at reception after this time) Dinner in the club house was pretty basic and pricey but fine. The entertainment was good for the kids and had a good turn out although was really, really loud - not ideal for little ears. We went back to Sycamore for a great nights sleep (after drinking the complimentary wine!) in the cosy bed linen that was all provided. We made full use of the kitchen facility and cannot fault anything as all has been thought about well. My only small niggle was that the terrace did not have a gate and so with the warmish weather it was necessary to have the door open when we were there and our little one made a beeline for the steps - typical! Thank you so much for a lovely break away! John, Lindsey, Oscar & Darcey (from Kent)see more
Whitecaps
Brilliant stay!

Yet again, another fantastic time at Whitecaps! This is the third time the family and I have been and it has always been a superb holiday regardless of weather. The view from the house is stunning. There is nothing better than sitting on the terrace or in the lounge, having a glass of wine and looking over the conservation area and sea behind - so beautiful. The location is superb - being next to the beach and conservation area, having a garden and then grassland with a tennis court, and being close to the marina and sailing club. We have loved the Marina. Of all the things that we have done with the children (spending time on the beach, going to the theme park/funfair on the beachfront, taking the miniature railway along the seafront) it's the crabbing at the Marina which the kids have become obsessed with. They managed to catch about 30 crabs in one lazy evening on the jetty last week! That's all they have talked about! Being able to eat and have a few drinks at the Marina restaurant means it is the perfect spot to while a way an afternoon or even a day or two! Whitecaps is a perfect house for its beautiful location. I would highly recommend it. Aiden see more
