Villa Golden Paradise spreads over two floors, features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, outdoor infinity pool, terrace with panoramic sea view and private beach and is a perfect vacation villa in Duborovnik for 9+1 guests.
On the first floor, there is an open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Living room has multiple patio doors that let the natural light in and offer beautiful views of the outdoors. Living area is airy, bright, spacious and equipped with comfortable sofa, TV, DVD player and stereo system. Next to the living room is a modern dining room connected to a small, charming kitchen. On this floor, you can also find one bathroom with a tub and shower.
The second floor features four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are decorated in a modern style, with light blue walls and contemporary white furniture, ensuring the space feels light and airy. The master bedroom has a balcony with a magnificent view and a bathroom with a shower, while the smallest one has a single bed and a garden view. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with SAT TV. On this floor you will also find another bathroom with a shower.
There si also an annex building / SUITE with capacity of 3 people, located just next to the main building and contains double queen size bed + sofa folding bed , spacious bathroom with shower & bath tub and own terrace.
New Annex SUITE will be offered for stay to our guests and additionally charged only in situation when group exceed 7 people, otherwise the guests will be accomodated in the main building as usual and charged according to our standard price list.
