Very comfortable and well equiped apartments

We were two weeks in Dubrovnik in July 2017. This is a great and comfortable apartments in Lapad. There are all necessary equipment starting from toster and iron finishing by dishwasher, 2 air conditionings and washing machine. We hadn't any problems with parking for the rented car thanks to the garage just under the apartments. Goran and Vinja (the owners) are very friendly and helpful. They left for us bottle of wine, some fruits and all the necessary for a breakfast (bread for toasts, butter, jam, coffee, tea, sugar etc.). … see more

This apartment is in an excellent location with wonderful views overlooking the harbour. It is within short walking distance of beautiful beaches & restaurants & a short bus ride to the "old town". Lovely apartment

This was a really lovely two bedroom apartment, compact with all your needs and spotlessly clean. I loved that you could access the terrace from both rooms. Maria was a perfect host and very helpful. Spacious and charming, 5 min from beach
Good holiday

A cosy , very clean apartment. The interior was just as the site shows you. Beds very comfortable as was the seating in the lounge. In the kitchen ample cutlery and crockery, however oven door was broken so couldn’t use the oven also there was no toaster. Garden seating was in a shady narrow part of the garden, swing seat which was in the sunny garden was broken and the courtyard was used for parking cars belonging to the other apartments. Lovely eating places nearby (quite expensive)and a nice pebble beach along the Lapad Walkway. This apartment advertisement states most are within 5 minutes walking, however we found 15-20 mins was more realistic, perhaps because we are not as fit as a younger person may be. Gorgeous, well appointed, perfectly placed apartment. Recommended.

We had never visited Dubrovnik before. This apartment is in the perfect location. Overlooking the harbor, a bus ride (10 mins) to the old town (far enough away from the noise, close enough to pop in for lunch or dinner) and within easy walk to many beaches in Babin Kuk and Lapad. Beautifully appointed with a garden to sit out in, and all the appliances you could need which all seemed brand new. The host booked us taxis, advised us where to go - and was unobtrusively available if we needed him. The whole place was clean, well furnished and a joy to stay in.
