Dalmatian Villa Maria is situated in a picturesque village of Postranje, on the hill just above the coast of the Adriatic sea. It is a fully equipped house with a great location for those who are looking for a unique experience.

If you are looking for a pleasant and peaceful vacation, far away from the fast urban everyday life, but still close to all cultural and recreational activities, then Dalmatian Villa Maria is the perfect choice. This charming Villa is situated in a beautiful Dalmatian village where you will enjoy in a peaceful green area with a beautiful sea view and full privacy, just a few kilometers far away from the beaches, restaurants and bars.

The house consists of 200 m2 and 400 m2 garden which is surrounded by a fence.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary kitchenware and appliances needed. Cozy living room with a big TV - satellite TV, DVD and play station. From the kitchen and living room you can step out to a beautiful terrace where you have an amazing sea and mountain view while dining. Our ground floor also includes a garage which is connected with the house. As well the ground floor includes a big bathroom with a huge shower. Small laundry area with a washing machine is situated just next to the bathroom.

The Villa has 4 double bedrooms ( 1 of the bedrooms has twin beds) which are situated on the first floor together with 2 bathrooms with shower. 2 main bedrooms have balconies where you can enjoy the first rays of the sun and an amazing sea view. One of the bedrooms has a terrace surrounded with a grape wine overlooking the mountains and it’s a perfect place to just relax while reading a book or doing anything else at such a peaceful spot.

Our private swimming pool is situated in front of the house, secluded with a stone wall and trees. There is also beautiful stone summer kitchen which includes ice maker, dishwasher, barbeque, fridge and 60m2 long terrace for sunbathing and a shower. As well there is a big garden with flowers and a grass field perfect for children to play or just to relax.

The biggest highlight of your vacation will be unforgettable and colorful sunset and a moment in paradise while laying on the sun loungers and listening to the sound of birds.

Villa features an air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi and a SAT / TV + play station. Sun beds and towels on the pool will be provided for you. As well you will have 2 mountain bikes at your disposal and fresh vegetables eco produced.

Baby cot is available and free of charge as other baby equipment on request.

We will be happy to arrange a pickup for you from the Dubrovnik airport. If you need housekeeping during your stay, we will provide it for you as well.

You are welcome to enjoy drinking fresh water from the source of natural water coming through the mountain only 20 meters away from the house.

We are pleased to welcome you as our guests and will do our best to ensure that your holiday will be beautiful and unforgettable. We will be at your disposal for any queries you might have. You will get all needed tips and recommendations for the restaurants, trips, activities, rent a cars. Please be free to contact us for anything you might need.

Highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay close to Dubrovnik but have lovely beaches a 5 min drive from the villa. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need and more - the outside kitchen was brilliant and lovely pool. If Diana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
