Description

Located approximately 10 minutes drive south of Dubrovnik, the studio has been recently modernised and now offers extremely comfortable accommodation.

The house is near a store and a bus station where regular buses can take you to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. The accommodation is perfect for families, children and elderly alike. Beaches are only 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.

The studio apartment is located on the upper level of the main villa with separate entrance.

This studio apartment is located on the sea front and boast stunning views to the islands of Supetar, Bobara, and the bay of Cavtat.
The open plan kitchen and dining area offer the sea views so you can enjoy the most romantic sunset while cooking your favourite meal or just sipping a cool bottle of wine.

It makes an excellent base to explore the surrounding region by car.

“A great place to stay for visiting Dubrovnik”

A lovely apartment. Well equipped and beautifully clean. Superb views. Very close to a good bus route to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. Niksa and his wife were very welcoming and helpful. His English is very good. Good nearby restaurant and a handy little shop not far away. We loved it!

Niksa met us at the airport and on the way back stopped off at a small supermarket to allow us to buy a few bits and pieces. The following day we found our way to the small beach. It is correct that there a good number of steps to anf from the beach but you can enjoy a peaceful beach and some great swimming in the clear Adriactic waters. We used the buses to get to Caftat, Mlini and Dubrovnik. They seem to have their own timetable so do not just arrive before the bus is due to depart. Getting back to the appartment, it was very comfortable, clean and with super views. Niksa was very helpful and personable.

We stayed here for a week as part of our summer holiday in Bosnia and Croatia and chose it primarily to be close to Dubrovnik and to have a sea view. It's not so close to Dubrovnik in fact- it's a 30-minute bus ride, but we weren't disappointed. It's actually very close to Dubrovnik airport and to the pretty town of Cavtat. It's very difficult to find- we had to stop and ask several times but, being so high up you get a maginificent un-interrupted sea view (no breeze though). And it's no tiny pokey balcony but a lovely large one with deck chair (not sure why just one) and table and chairs. The kitchen is very well -equipped for cooking but there's an outside area with an open BBQ, tap and sink which is shared with the people renting the other apartment. So if you do want to cook at home get friendly with the people next door. Niksa and his wife are very helpful and accommodating- and he speaks good English.

How do damage deposits work?
