Pixie Terrace:Excellently located,This Lovely Charming Terrace house is within walking distance of Chester City Centre-5 minutes max, Only 10 minutes walk from Chester Racecourse.This beautiful property is furnished/decorated to a high standard, offers excellent space throughout.Two lovely double bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen and welcoming sitting and dining room, with a lovely walled outside sitting area.Pixie Terrace is ideal for a relaxing break with family/friends or a romantic break.

Pixie Terrace Chester is a individual/family run business and my primary concern is to ensure our guests experience a genuinely unique venue which is cleaned and maintained by myself. I pride on attention to detail and aim to provide my guests with the personal touch looking after their every need from the initial booking enquiry, to ensuring Pixie Terrace Chester is spotlessly clean and greeting guests with a warm welcome.

Pixie Terrace Chester has been transformed into the most beautiful two bedroom getaway, perfect for either two couples or a family sleeping a maximum of four (plus provide cot so could be 5) If you are looking for a character property which retains all of its original charm then you have found what you are looking for within Pixie Terrace Chester.

It has on street parking for free, Carpark 2 minutes walk away. Pixie Terrace Chester will pay for your stay for One vehicle, so you have carefree parking .

Pixie Terrace Chester is a lovely two bedroomed city cottage, within 5 minutes walk from the beautiful and historic city of Chester.

Located in the Garden Quarter the property is less than 2 minutes walk from small supermarket/ convenience stores, fast food takeaways, local pubs, butchers and a launderette. The property is more than 100 years old but has gone a full restoration boasting a brand new kitchen, bathroom suite, carpets and furnishings. Both bedrooms have wardrobe storage and double beds. Kitchen has fitted oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The living room consists of a four seat dining table, and lounge seating for 4. flat screen digital TV, DVD player and I pod / I phone docking station. A small courtyard at the rear of the property along with outside dining furniture.

A car is not needed however there is free on street parking in the area. The property is an ideal base for those that wish to explore Chester with its medieval buildings, famous roman walls and fabulous museums, or visit its plentiful supply of restaurants and quality shops.

We are lucky to have a new hub within Chester called THE STORYHOUSE

this provides and lovely relaxing Cafe,Library,Theatre and Cinema

The welsh coastline can be reached within 30 minutes drive and the welsh hills in less than 20. Two train stations are approx. 20 minutes walk away or cheap taxi ride, with regular connections to Liverpool 30 mins, Manchester 40 mins and London only taking approx. 2hrs 9 mins.

The world famous Chester zoo is less than 5 mins drive away, and Cheshire Oaks Designer outlet a further 5 mins. Chester Racecourse has various meetings throughout the year on its famous oldest recorded race course.

The property is situated in the garden quarter named from the gardens and orchards of the roman city. Today it houses an eclectic mix of people; families, visitors, professionals and students from the neighbouring University.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Hayley (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hayley (the owner) a message.

If Hayley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
