We accept one well behaved small dog but please do not allow on furniture or in bedroomsnd please ask at time of booking. Delightful cottage converted from the old stone farm outbuilding, which lies at the end of a single track lane adjacent to the historic 5th century Llanbadrig church on the Isle of Anglesey. The beautiful coves, caves and rock pools of white lady bay are a 5 minute walk away and are always a popular spot for our guests.

Tyn Llan is the most northerly cottage in Wales and is approximately 15 minute walk from the village of Cemaes Bay with an attractive beach and various amenities.

On a clear day you can see the Isle of Man, the Mountain of Mourne and Cumbria. Make sure you keep a look out for the dolphins, porpoises and seals that can sometimes be seen swimming by the bay. The beautiful and unspoilt coastal path stretches for 125 miles.

The Outbuilding, has electric heating is double glazed and will sleep 2 people. There is one bedroom with ensuite shower room, with toilet and wash basin.

The sitting room / dining / kitchen area is comfortably equipped for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave. There is a Hoover, iron and ironing board for your convenience. Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included in the fees. Please bring your own towels for beach use.

Outside is a patio area with garden furniture and outside light. Perfect for relaxing. One small Dog is allowed please inform at time of booking. There is parking for one car on the shared drive

Sorry about the problem with the tv. Unfortunately due to COVID measures instruction manuals had been removed as they could not be sanitised. We did respond and be with you within 10 minutes. If you had reported the shower we would have looked at that also for you. As it is an electric shower it has a lot of settings and no one else has complained so were unaware you had a problem. Pleased you enjoyed your break.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ann (the owner) a message.

If Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
