“Comfortable and sweet and characterful little cottage”
We had a lovely winter mini-break in this sweet cottage, brilliantly centrally located in Broadstairs, very near sea and restaurants etc. Very comfy double bed and double sofa bed too. Stairs quite steep but it's characterful! Highly recommended for a couple or small family.
Owner's reply: Thanks for a lovely review. We hope you will come back soon.
My friend and I stayed for a couple of days at this charming cottage in beautiful Broadstairs. It was a charming little hideaway full of character. Even had a tiny spiral staircase which was almost vertical - watch out if you have had a couple glasses of wine !! Although it rained all the time, we were warm and cosy in the cottage. It was fantastic to be so near everything Broadstairs has to offer. P.s. Try and park in one of the side road as the car park is £4 an hour!!
Owner's reply: Thanks for the great review. The council have just put that parking charge up and the locals are all up in arms about it. Fortunately, there is free parking in roads nearby. Hope to see you again.
“Perfect, definitely recommend”
The cottage was in a fantasic location for all the lovely restaurants and bars that broadstairs has to offer. Also enjoyed walking the dog on the beach every day which is a couple of minutes walk. The cottage itself us very comfortable and clean, Tony the owner was a great host ensuring that all the essentials were there ie milk tea coffee etc on arrival. Very clean and comfortable bed would definitely recommend this cottage for value for money.
Owner's reply: Thanks Julie, for a lovely review and you are welcome anytime.
“Nice little cottage pefectly situated”
Broadstairs is a beautiful little town with nice beaches and good coastal walks. Made those walks to Margate and Ramsgate. Nice pubs in town. Not far to Canterbury and Faversham wich both are worth a visit.
Owner's reply: Thanks for the review

“Fantastic, cosy cottage in ideal location.”
We had a fab time at the cottage. Tony welcomed us and we were soon sorted. Lots of lovely touches such as supplies, milk etc ready for guests. Many thanks Tony.
Owner's reply: Thanks for a lovely review. I hope that you will be able to visit us again soon.
A lovely quirky little place. Very nicely converted and decorated, very clean and tidy. Comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. Only slight problem was the narrow and twisting staircase but this would not be a problem to those more agile than me but maybe not suitable for those with small children. The owners were very welcoming and had left milk tea coffee etc for us. They were also very kind and helpful when we had to leave early due to health problems.
Owner's reply: Thanks for a great review. We hope to welcome you again in the future.
“Home from home”
We had a lovely stay in a cosy clean cottage. The whole area was beautiful. We are thinking about returning to the same place in the future.
Owner's reply: Thanks for the great review. We look forward to welcoming you again
