From the owner

The Old Coach House has been carefully restored during 2012 and provides a perfect place to stay and enjoy all that Broadstairs has to offer. The bijou retreat is a stones throw from a great variety of restaurants, wine bars and local pubs.

There are many local sandy beaches including Viking Bay, Stone Bay and Louisa Bay. The nearby Royal Harbour town of Ramsgate is just 10 minutes away and the amazing Turner Contemporary art gallery in Margate is 20 minutes away.

The cinque port of Sandwich and the historical City of Canterbury are within easy reach and well worth a visit for river trips, shopping in quirky shops and the magnificent cathedral.

The house provides comfortable and stylish accommodation for up to four people and all guests will be provided with special offer vouchers for our family restaurant Aqua 43 where fresh local produce is served.

The double bedroom is prepared with 100% cotton bed linen and has a fully tiled en-suite wet room.
An Italian leather sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping accommodation for two.

The modern kitchen is well presented and there are lovely local shops selling fine wines and fresh produce. Broadstairs is becoming renowned for fresh, local food and hosts the Broadstairs Food Festival at the end of the summer each year.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
