From the owner

We look forward to welcoming you to our two bedroom cottage in a beautiful and peaceful part of the Snowdonia National Park. The cottage is all on one level and has wonderful views of the Mawddach estuary and Cader Idris from the grounds. There is a secluded beach just a two minute stroll down our track to the estuary. The estuary is ideal for paddling and swimming as well as kite flying at low tide. The cottage is ideally located for visiting the beaches or mountains and further afield.

The bedrooms can be configured as two doubles or four singles if you notify us when booking.

We were very surprised and saddened you only told us you had not enjoyed your stay at White Horses when you were leaving and especially when we had gone out of our way to accommodate you when you would have lost your money when you cancelled your earlier booking at short notice. Your review is so different to your comments when we showed you round when you said the cottage and its location were charming and just what you looked for in a holiday cottage. We strive to make sure all our guests are comfortable during their visit and we ask them to let us know if they need anything at all and we were so disappointed you didn’t talk to us sooner when we could have easily helped you. How do damage deposits work?

If Gordon & Caroline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
