From the owner

This fabulous ground floor studio is a great place for a holiday. Sleeping 2 people it is located 5 minutes walk from the beach with all amenities within very easy walking distance.

There is a communal pool and garden area which has a view over to the sea.

On entering the studio the bathroom is on the left. It has a bath with shower above and also houses the washing machine.

Further along to the fantastic modern kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need. Full oven and hob, large fridge freezer and all the usual kitchen essentials.

On into the air conditioned/heating lounge/dining/sleeping area which has patio doors that open onto a patio area.

There is a double bed with a separate sofa. In front of the sofa the coffee table extends to a dining table so you are not short of a comfortable place to eat indoors if you want to.

The studio has air conditioning, internet and a tv which shows Spanish and UK television channels.

There is a small safe for passports etc.,

Now out onto the terrace area which is steps away from the swimming pool. There is a table and chairs big enough to have a meal and drink at and 2 sun loungers for guest use. There is a lawned garden area directly in front of the studio and the pool is not far away. There is also a larger communal garden area from which you can see the sea :)

It is a ground floor studio accessed through an entrance gate and down one flight of stairs.

Although this apartment is marked as smoking it is prohibited inside the apartment and we ask our smoking guests to use the outside area. We thank you for your co-operation.

Check in time for the accommodation is 16.00pm and check out is 10.00am but this is flexible and we try to have all our guests in and settled as soon as we can.

Travel cots, pushchairs, high chairs, sun loungers, beach umbrellas, cool boxes, fans etc., are all available for hire. Enquire about rental costs. If there is something you need for your holiday that we don´t rent out ourselves let us know and we will try and source it for you.

Bed linen and 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided per week for each guest. Beach towels are not provided but are available for rent at a cost of €2.50 per guest per stay.

This apartment is managed by Benalrent, a husband and wife team with over 15 years experienced in the holiday rental market. We pride ourselves on the service we offer and in making your holiday stress free as we know how hard people work for their annual break, as do we. We have over 15 properties advertised on Holiday Lettings.

We have our own website.

On your day of arrival you will be met at the property with the keys.

For guests with a flight arrival time after 22.00PM there will be a €30 meet & greet charge.

On arrival I will meet you at the property with the keys to show you in and tell you about the complex and the area. There will be info in the studio on things to see and do around and about. San Jose is managed by myself and my husband Nige of Benalrentl and we will always be available as a contact in the resort as this is where we live. If for any reason we are not available there will always be a replacement contact details listed for use during your stay.

Why can't I call Ann (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ann (the owner) a message.

If Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
