How to get there
The airport you would fly into for Benalmádena is Malaga which is a 20 minute drive from Benalmadena.
Public transport is easily accessible from the airport. There is a taxi rank right outside with an approximate cost of about €30 one way for up to 4 people. Or you can get the train to Benalmadena/Arroyo de la Miel €3 per person one way and then a taxi to the property which will cost about €10, again for up to 4 people.The train timetable can easily be found on the internet.
It is a 20 minute walk from the train station in Benalmadena to the apartment but do bear in mind it can get very hot when pulling cases behind you in the heat of the summer.

Getting around
Location wise the studio couldn´t be better. For those who know the area it is at the top of the mini golf on the main road through Benalmádena. Just across this road you will find the beach and the promenade. An easy walk along this prom (about 10 minutes) will bring you to Puerto Marina which is bustling with bars, restaurants, boat trips. The local bus service is cheap and reliable and the bus stops can be found on the main road 5 minutes walk away. You can travel to Arroyo (local town area 15-20 minutes walk away) Benalmádena Pueblo (typical Spanish village) Mijas (lovely village, well worth a visit) Fuengirola or Malaga. There will be details on all these and other places to visit in the studio. You do not need a car to stay here.
