“good value for money” Our stay in this privately rented studio in sol timor was all that we hoped for.It was well equiped with a nice kitchen,a twin bedded room,and a modern bathroom.The balcony faced east with sea views and sunshine until 1 pm.in the winter.The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.

“The location was fantastic and the beach is less than 10 minutes away.” Nerja was a lovely place to stay, convenient to the beach and the shopping area. The apartment was in a quiet are and well equipped. It was an cozy apartment for two people, we were very happy with the apartment. We stayed for two weeks, went to Torrox , Maro and Frigrilianna. We got the bus to Frigrilana cost €1 10/15 mins from Nerja. It was a carnival day the whole village had taken part. There were lots of steps so wouldn't suit everyone. I would recommend Nerja for a holiday Gaynor the owner was very helpful and approachable, we would go back again.

“Fantastic holiday” The villa had everything we needed. It was well equipped, clean, spacious and located in a lovely neighborhood. Some hills,would definitely recommend a car however the views were beautiful all around. Danni and his wife were friendly and did a great job keeping the pool and villa clean. Andre responds quickly and very tentative. Would definitely recommend.(✷‿✷)

“Wonderful stay” Alison the apartment owner is a lovely lady to deal with,very quick responses to my questions and I had lots as I needed lots of info to prepare my 10yr old who,has Autism.The apartment itself is a home from home and had everything we needed for a fabulous holiday.On arrival which was late evening we found grocery essentials like tea,coffee,milk,bread etc had been provided for us , which was very much appreciated.The pool we had access to as part of our stay is lovely and quiet. Info leaflets in the apartment were welcome and very handy.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and we have already contacted Alison to rebook next year.

“Perfect location for all amenities in La Cala” This apartment is in a great location, easy walking distance to La Cala and right beside Aldi. It is well furnished, spotlessly clean and has everything necessary for a holiday in the sun. The kitchen is small but well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine etc. Emma & Brendan are on hand to explain everything and help if needed. The balcony is small but has two comfortable patio sofas. For chilling indoors there is wifi and uk television. All in all a very good place to choose for a holiday in La Cala.

“FANTASTIC” Just back from this fantastic apartment so spacious with everthing you need shops bars fruit shop butcher shop supermarket paper shop and bonaza chip shop with new owners big park just round the corner bus stops at your door step beach two min away plus plenty of restaurants this is my third apartment this year and the best the views are fantastic from the veranda outside thanks Manuel we will definitely be back

“Lovely apartment, fantastic view!” We recently spent 10 days here with our young toddler and had a wonderful time. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipt with everything you need to self cater and feel at home. It has fantastic views of the sea from the main balcony which we are missing! The location is also great, near the old town and the Balcon de Europa and also close to two beaches; we liked the cove that the apartment overlooks the best. Small supermarkets within 5 mins and the big ones are only 10-15 mins walk away; the apartment provides a shopping trolley which is very handy. I would also recommend the taxi company that the owner can provide details of for airport transfers. They were great; friendly, punctual, nice clean cars and a child seat for our little boy. We loved Nerja and this apartment and will hopefully return!

“Real Home from Home” We have stayed in Calahonda for many years and the apartment is one of the best ones we have stayed in. The location is ideal not too far from the strip or local restaurants. You will need a car but the beaches and local supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive. We're going back in April and can't wait, just praying for good weather.

“Fantastic” We have just returned from our holiday with our 4 kids and we couldn't fault anything. The apartment is superbly located across the road from the beach which is ideal. The apartment itself is impeccably clean and well appointed with everything you need. It has a big fridge freezer which was a bonus for us. The resort was quite quiet due to Covid-19 but it didn't detract from our experience.

“Excellent Apartment overlooking pool” Stayed here with my wife and 16 year old teenage daughter in the first week of September 2019. The location of the Sol House Hotel is excellent, being very close to the Puerto Marina and only a short 600m stroll to Carihuela.The apartment has a great view overlooking the pool and it has everything as advertised on the Holiday Lettings website. The owners met us on arrival at the hotel and they could not have been more helpful in ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment for a family of 2-4 people looking to stay in the Montelin area of Torremolinos.

“Fabulous apartment” Having stayed in Carihuela on numerous occasions this apartment is by far the most modern, clean and equipped I have stayed in. Having stayed there for a week with my husband and family there was plenty of room and space for all of us without feeling on top of each other. The apartment had everything you could possibly need and was in a prime location for the beach, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. From booking to arriving at malaga airport communication was excellent regarding keys and directions to the property. The only downside was that we had to come home, but will definitely be booking again.

“Absolutely Terrific Complex. Recommended.” My brother and I seem to have gotten into a routine of visiting Duquesa each year for a long weekend to get away from it all. We normally stay about a 20 min walk away from the Marina, and this year stumbled on this apartment by accident via HolidayLettings thinking it would be out of our price range, but we were very wrong! This apartment is in an amazing complex on the beach, has two good sized pools and underground parking. The weather was a lovely 27-30 degree's, and the apartment was super. It was a little like home from home, rather than it being simply a holiday let. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms. We didn't sue the air con, as we left the patio doors open at night, so we could hear the sea. We have both agreed that we will always try and return to this apartment. The owner could not be more helpful sending through very detailed information, and backed up our visit with regular texts to make sure we were OK. We had a terrific long weekend and being right in the Marina overlooking the sea as an end of summer season break was just the ticket! i would wholeheartedly recommend this complex/ apartment/ owner.
