Booking Terms and Conditions1.Occupancy - The total number of people occupying the property must not exceed the maximum occupancy level stated on the details without our permission.2.Duration of stay – Rental of Craigie View 128 Dalnabay PH22 1TD is from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed in writing. Incoming guests may arrive from 3pm and must vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure. 3.Care of Accommodation - The occupants agree that care must be taken whilst in occupation of Craigie View 128 Dalnabay PH22 1TD. The gardens and surrounding area must be kept clean and tidy at all times. 4.Noise – We respectfully ask that any noise is kept to a minimum to prevent any inconvenience to our neighbours. 5.Breakages – Any breakages, loss or damage should be reported to the owners and appropriate payment made before departure. 6.Smoking Policy – Craigie View 128 Dalnabay PH22 1TD is strictly non-smoking. 7.Deposit – A non-refundable deposit of one hundred pounds is payable on booking. The balance is due no later than 4 weeks before occupation. If your booking is made within 4 weeks of occupation then full payment is required. 8.Cancellation – In the event of cancellation, deposit and balance are non-refundable. It is therefore strongly recommended that you have a suitable holiday insurance policy in place.9.Disclaimer – The owners, employees or any member of staff will not or do not accept any third party liability. You are strongly advised to have adequate insurance to cover you in the event of mishap10.Force Majeure -Should the property become unavailable or unsuitable for letting due to events beyond our control, the owners liability shall be limited to the amount of any rent paid.11.Access - The owners, or their agents, should be allowed access to the property at all reasonable times. 12.Termination - Occupancy can be terminated by the owners, or their agents, without notice or refund in the case of breach of conditions or of evidence of any gross misuse of the property.

We visited Craigie View (7nights) as a family of 4 with a 9 yr old and 14 yr old and a dog. The house is lovely and fully equipped to entertain everyone. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. David and his wife are on call for any questions/issues you may have. Lots of activities locally and a bit further afield depending on what you wanted to do. Lovely local walks and shops/restaurants nearby. We had the an excellent day up the Cairngorms , our favourite day was visiting the Land mark centre. We also visited Loch Ness and did some horse riding at local stables which was also great fun. Hopefully we will visit Craigie View again in the future maybe in the winter next time.

“Fantastic home from home in Aviemore”

Weekend visit during August bank holiday with extended family. We stayed in the house with 4 adults and 1 child (aged 12). Right from the off our rental was very straightforward, with the owner David very quick to respond to emails. The house itself was absolutely perfect and met our every need for our stay. We've stayed in a number of holiday rentals and this one is probably the best we've stayed in. Everything you need is there, including PS3 for children, DVD player, wifi and even Apple TV! Location wise, it's part of the Dalfaber estate, meaning it's only a 10 minute walk through to the centre of Aviemore. If you're visiting Aviemore for the first time, try to get someone to show you the back road to Dalfaber estate - it'll save you time. We loved our stay here and will definitely visit again. Craigie View is highly recommended.

Craigie View was comfortable an modern, everything you could need for a selfcatering holiday was in this lovely holiday home. Craigie View is central for visiting other areas when on holiday, our 2 small dogs enjoyed walking an exploring the many walks that are around Craigie View home itself. Aviemore high street only 7min walk from house. We were on holiday mon to fri an my only moan is it wasn't long enough. David the owner emailed us before we arrived to let us know he had put heating on as that day was breezy, good of him to do so. We hope to return to Aviemoe soon an hopefully stay at Craigie View again.

Lovely, comfortable house where every effort has been made to make your stay relaxing. Home well equipped from cooking utensils to a great collection of dvds, books & board games. Would recommend!

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
