Racquet Club #341 is the ideal place to stay as our past guests have enjoyed its amenities as well as its close proximity to the Chili Express chairlift! Racquet club #341 is a comfortable condo decorated with new and modern furnishings. The living room has a sleeper sofa and two accent chairs in front of a large flat screen TV so you can watch your favorite shows as you relax in front of a cozy stone and wood burning fireplace. The wood burning fireplace can set the mood for relaxation or even a romantic getaway, keeping you cozy and warm on chilly evenings. Wood can be purchased at the local grocery store located very close to the condo. The newly remodeled kitchen has all new appliances such as a double oven, new stove and hood, new refrigerator, and new dishwasher. All appliances are in a modern stainless steel. It is fully stocked with anything you would need to make home cooked meals. The kitchen and dining area open to each other over a bar height counter. The wooden kitchen table is there for all your family meals. The master bedroom on this level has a queen sized bed, Flat screen TV, and glass sliding door windows that let you breathe in the fresh morning air and take in the amazing New Mexico sun. The second bedroom on this floor also has a queen sized bed, TV, and glass sliding doors. The full bathroom between these rooms has a shower/tub combination and a single sink vanity. The condo has a large and open feel due to the high ceilings. The loft area is large and overlooks the dining and living areas. This sleeping and play area is popular for kids and teenagers that like having their own space. The loft has two queen beds and two single beds. The loft bathroom is full with a shower/tub combination and a single sink vanity. A stacked full sized stainless steel washer dryer are in the kitchen corner for your convenience. The condo has wi-fi so you can stay connected with the rest of the world on your vacation. The covered deck has a view of other condos and evergreens. Charcoal briquette grills on the condo complex property are for shared common use. There are two flights of stairs to the condo front door. There is one flight of stairs from inside the condo to the loft. Activities in the area include: fishing, boating, golf, sight seeing, tennis, river rafting, mountain biking and cycling, horseback riding, hiking, wildlife, Alpine skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snow tubing, and shopping. Reasons to stay in racquetclub #341: all new mattresses, appliances, televisions, stocked with towels and a full kitchen with cooking supplies, close location to the slopes, wi-fi, lots of room, and attention to detail! I’m glad you had a great stay, as the listing stated is a condominium and is implied the property has stairs, my instructions clearly state who to call in case you need assistance with the property, we live in houston and depend in people who live in Angel Fire to assist you, we pay this people to be on stand by you calling me instead of the person listed on the instructions was not helpful.

The place was clean and had plenty of room for 8 of us, we enjoyed not having to bring kitchen utensils to cook with and the place has directTv which was nice. And an Xbox to watch movies or play game… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ricardo (the owner) a message.

If Ricardo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
