the town has remained apart form big commercial franchises, everything is locally owned and family operated, the town of Taos is 23 minutes away and offers a large variety of restaurants and some fast food chains, in angel fire we have the main grocery store Lowe's that has everything imaginable, we love to ski in angel fire for the night skiing but also try Taos is not far away and the mountain is great.
