“Excellent chalet in friendly french town with enough skiing for 1 week” Chalet size - excellent, the pictures don't do it justice. Chalet quality - excellent with the wood giving a warm feel. the background heating and insulation keep it snug. Location - Excellent, that 50 yards from the ice rink ensues it is a quiet area but still very close to centre. If I try very hard to be picky I would prefer a larger double bed and would accept slightly less space around the bed. However I'm sure that there are others who would have the opposite view. On the first day I might have suggested a toaster in the kitchen but then you would miss out on the French start to the day. As regards price levels I think you are in the right range. If you reduce price to get greater usage through the year you might find the clientele changes with more problems arising. Les Gets as a town/village is superb with all the restaurants we tried being far superior to the equivalent UK.

“A Great Base for Skiing the Porte du Soleil” Clean, warm and comfortable, this apartment is just what you need for your ski base in this area. Situated on the slopes of St Jean-d'Aulps, access to the Roc d'Enfer ski area is an easy walk. You really need a car to access the rest of the extensive Porte du Soleil (although there is a bus service), but we found it straightforward to do so and had no problems with parking (free). The apartment is very well equipped and we even managed to cook and sit down to a full traditional Christmas lunch.

“Fantastic Family Skiing Trip In this Lovely House.....Recommended AA+” 3 Families drove to Morzine from Surrey and stayed at this completely renovated Chalet...House !! We have always gone Club med before so wasnt sure about self catering but it was great. The owners were absolutely brilliant and provided everything we needed before we arrived......best eateries best instructor best slopes etc. We had everything we needed and the Chalet was just up the hill from the village and lifts. We chose to drive down as there were so many of us and there is a car park just under the lifts.....PERFECT. I thought Morzine & "Chalet Roc" were brilliant and cannot wait to go back to "Chalet Roc" again in the new Year.

“We had a great ski holiday in chalet la penote” Had an amazing stay in Chalet LaPenote, the accommodation was warm and cosy, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The views are fantastic and it is only about 10 minutes walk into Les Gets. We skied in and out everyday of our holiday as the snow was good, putting our skis on outside the front door and skiing a few minutes down the road to the main runs. The ski runs this side of the mountains are really quite which we all enjoyed. I would love to come here in the summer to enjoy the French alps in the summer and do some cycling. this is great accommodation for a family group or friends who want to relax and enjoy each others company.

“Excellent Chalet. Great Skiing” Really enjoyed Chalet le Mures. very comfortable and well equipped. Log burner was great on the nights we stayed in. very cosy. We were able to access a piste quite easily and ski back to c50m. Snow conditions were fantastic! Village was pretty and perfect for families.

“Great and spacious accommodation in a very good location with beautiful scenery.” Penthouse Caribou is situated in a lovely village with a decent number of very nice restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The Penthouse itself was not what I was expecting but in a good way - it is much larger than I expected with the centrepiece being a huge fireplace. It is an excellent place for families, mixed age groups or friends as there are lots of different areas including TV room, pool and TV area, large dining table and a sitting area with comfy sofas. All the bedrooms are of a good size with excellent bathroom facilities. The property is immaculately maintained and very well presented. The views onto the ski slopes are really lovely. I liked it all and was very sad to leave.
