Was disappointed there as no laundry facilities. We're fairly certain when we booked, it listed this amenity. This was no real comfortable furniture to hang out in the evening. Towels/linens were infe… More
Dear June and Darryl,
I am sorry that you couldn't be satisfied with your stay in our old house right in the center of Prague.
As you knew, I double-checked the amenities list in my listing, and haven't found any mistake with washer or grill from our side. They were not mentioning as a devices at guest's disposal, even by mistake.
I emailed you immediately after your complaint list of laundry services 5 minutes from our house. Maybe you didn't see that, even wifi was provided in the flat.
Hope you enjoyed Prague and our comfortable flat despite this misunderstanding.
And about communication: as all guests, you got booking confirmation with my phone and address, and then several other messages, i.e. detailed airport - house directions. Not always I can be personally with guests in arrival time, so my neighbor (yes, not speaking English) is sometimes giving key to guests. But always with very, very detailed instructions (on paper and in email) and tips - in English, of course.
The flat looks likes the picture and is bigger than said. The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions and has a great knowledge of Prague. He welcomed us and offered us a bottle of Czec… More

Since the separation of the Czech Republic from Czechoslovakia in 1993, the country has been an up and coming tourist destination. The capital of the Czech Republic, Prague is on the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage Register and as well as the cosmopolitan restaurants and cafes, it boasts magnificent monuments, such as the Hradcany Castle, St Vitus Cathedral, Charles Bridge and numerous churches and palaces to be discovered. This stunning architecture is not limited to Prague - there are plenty of Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque facades in other towns. From the pulsing capital Prague to the back-in-time villages of Moravia, from toiling up mountains to lounging in spas, from the world-famous Pilsner to the strains of Smetana and Dvořák, there's an experience here to suit every taste.
