The little town house is located in a quiet side street with only little traffic Nearby, about 100 m, is a small Piazza fromWhere you have an amazing view on the harbor and the sea. The main shopping street in the quiet area of ​​the historical center of Castellammare is just a 3 minute walk away from the Via Minore. You can find everything for your daily needs in walking distance. The small corner shop is nearby and a baker delivers bread and rolls daily.

The house is equipped as Following: 52 sqm on two levels with an open gallery and at additional bedroom. A total of 6 beds available - 2 double beds plus convertible sofa for 2 persons 2 bathrooms, one of them with a double shower for a playful touch to any shower. Air conditioning (hot / cold) washing mach inge dishwasher oven gas stove big fridge / freezer combination, a lot of cutlery and crockery, satellite TV with German television, on request Internet access (W-Lan) Iphone docking station, flatiron, Safe and various kitchen devices Water, wine, spices, oil, vinegar and much more are available. The cottage is situated in a small quiet side street without much traffic. From the front door of one is after 100 meters on a small square, from which one has a beautiful view of the harbor and the sea. The Via Minore is centrally located to the main shopping street (3 minute walk) in a quiet part of the historical center of Castellammare del Golfo. All things of daily life are within walking distance. A small corner shop is just around the corner and a day there is a baker at about 9 am by the road and delivers bread and Brötchen.Ausgestattet it is as follows: 52 sqm on two levels with an open gallery plus extra bedroom. Total 6 beds in 2 double beds plus sofa (sofa bed for 2 persons). 2 bathrooms, one with a double shower for schnuckeliges showering pleasure for two plus bidet. Air conditioning (hot / cold) washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, large fridge-freezer, crockery, satellite dish with German television, on demand internet access (WiFi) free, Iphone charger, iron, safe and various kitchen appliances. Water, wine, spices, oil, vinegar and much more are available. We would like to keep it that way, that what is about to run replaced.

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
