Viewing 40 of 491 villas in Castellammare del Golfo
“A lovely place to stay” This property has wonderful views of the sea. It is very clean and well equipped, and has a garden that is safe for young children. It's just a few minutes drive from a beautiful cove and easy walking distance from a good pizza restaurant, and there are more restaurants further down the road in Scopello.
Do hire yourself a small car though, as the winding driveway was very hard to navigate in an estate car!
We were met by the owner, Giuseppina - a really lovely lady who speaks very good English and made us feel very welcome.
“Highly recommended!!!!” My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights in April and this was our second stay in this place. The villa is lovely and has a fantastic see view. It is conveniently situated between the Palermo and Trapani’s airport and have a lovely beaches nearby such as the natural resort called Lo Zingaro. I would definitely recommend the villa for those looking to escape the city; it is a very peaceful place and the weather was nice even in April. Can’t wait to stay again!
“The best holiday” A few days past since we have returned from the sunny Sicily! It was gorgeous and relaxing trip in a very conveniently located place in a very smart house! The villa impressed us with its size, interesting design and how fully deviced it was! But the most important that it was located closely to the luxoryous sunny beach and pure warm sea. Only fifty steps and you are on a free chaise-longue under an umbrella. In the evening you can spend time in local cafes, which you can find either on The Playa or in Castellamare. It very convenient to use touristic train at night to visit Castellamare and get back. Or you can cook the food by yourself on barbecue and have a meal on the big table in the garden. In a 5 minutes of walking there is a supermarket where you can buy all necessary food products. We visited Palermo twice by the bus, which stops not far away from the villa. The trip takes 1-1.5 hours. The Internet access was important for us and it was both in the house and the beach. Particularly, we want to thank Anna Maria and Rosario for their hospitality. They are very nice and considerate people who care about their guests and support them with all necessary information. And we were glad to get acquainted with such a good people!
