I am not able to meet and greet you but we have our local housekeeper who looks after the house. Please remember this is a self catering booking and we cannot operate as a hotel but aim to assist you as quickly as we can between the hours of 9.30a.m and 5.00p.m should there be a problem. Nearer the time, you will receive comprehensive information about access, the house and the surrounding area to help you plan your holiday. Access is from 4.00p.m and departure time is 10.00a.m. ( PROMPT please, to facilitate the turnaround. Please leave the house tidy and clean, as you find it. Cleaning equipment is provided. Please put your recycling and rubbish in the appropriate bins at the bottom of the drive. DO NOT LEAVE BAGS OUTSIDE PLEASE.

How do damage deposits work?

If Joy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
