Amazing views and beautifully decorated with the beach in mind, you and your family will love the location and amenities provided at Nantucket Charm (formerly known as Beach Plantation)! This six-bedroom beach vacation home offers you easy access to the beach or stay tucked in the private yard with your own pool. Nantucket Charm has a ground-level game room with a pool table and foosball table plus a table for games, puzzles or cards, and a kitchenette. The open great room has plenty of space with the bench window seating, a dining room table, and a living room with a 55-inch TV. 

Top-Level: Open loft area with LCD TV for game playing or movie watching only, DVD, game table and double futon.

Third-Level: King Master Bedroom with LCD TV, captain's walk balcony with ocean views, walk-in closet, desk, bathroom with double sinks, wall-mounted hairdryer and shower; King Bedroom with LCD TV, shares Jack and Jill Bathroom with Bedroom with Duo Bunk.

Second-Level: Living area with extra bench seating, Dining table seats 12, Deck Access through 2 sets of doors, Kitchen with pantry (includes full size washer and dryer), Stove Top has 4 glass burners, Toaster Oven, Table Seats 3, Walk Through Foyer with built-in bookshelves with plenty to read for all ages, Queen Bedroom with LCD TV. Half Bathroom

Additional amenity details: 

Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 12, 2024, and May 2, 2025 until October 11, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. 

All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Hi Samuel, I'm sorry you arrive to an unclean property. We heard about it at your arrive but were told your wife and daughter had already cleaned everything and didn't want us to fix it. The broken bunk bed was repaired during your stay. We're sorry the previous guest didn't wheel out the trashcans, so I'm guessing the town garbage didn't get them. We didn't hear anything about the fans or outside shower during your stay so we'll take a look at these. Thank you.

Nantucket Charm has new owners that are making a lot of changes and updates to the property. They have already made incredible updates. We heard from you about the cleaning and so we sent someone immediately, as you expressed. It was then you expressed to us "give us money or we'll write a review." I'm sorry you felt this way, but the property is an older property that has been nicely updated. Both the description and photos are an accurate representation of the condition of the property. We thought the property was in great shape for your stay. We're sorry you did not agree and the only solution was to return the money you paid.We are proud of the work the new owners have put into their property and we believe others will experience a great stay for their family vacation.

Please come back and stay again. Last year the property was purchased and has a new owner. Lot of changes have occurred. For example, that couch is no longer there.
