LIVING AREAS
From the entrance hall turn right into a comfortable lounge, with wooden flooring, large rug and cream and blue furnishings. There are two sofas with comfy cushions, one large armchair and a central coffee table, seating 6 in total. The large window allows in plenty of sunshine. The room is well equipped with TV, Freeview, DVD, VCR, and CD player. This lounge has a very modern but cosy feel to it. The dining area is at the end of the spacious carpeted reception hall. A large wooden table seating 6 is perfect for entertaining, and has a fantastic long board mounted above. Central heating will keep you warm on cooler evenings.
KITCHEN
Situated between the dining room and second bedroom is a well equipped modern kitchen, decorated in neutral cream colours. A fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and washing machine will fulfil all your self-catering needs.
BEDROOMS
There are 2 bedrooms, sleeping 5.
Bedroom 1 contains a king-size bed with coffee coloured walls, and a separate walk in wardrobe area. Storage baskets, drawers, CD player, mirror and attention to detail make this a luxurious master bedroom.
Bedroom 2 is a wood floored, vibrant, surf-themed room, sleeping 2 in a king-size bed and another in a single bed. The cream and red walls, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, cot, and TV with PlayStation 2 make this an ideal room for adults or children.
BATHROOMS
The main bathroom is between the dining area and the kitchen. It is family-sized, with grey slate floor, blue walls, clean white tiles and blue mosaic tiling in an alcove over the bath. There is a shower above the bath, WC, sink and towel rail. A perfect place to relax after a surf or long country walk.

The North Devon Coast
For spectacular scenery and beautiful beaches whatever the season, there's no better place in England than North Devon coast and in particular Croyde. The beaches are recognised as possibly some of the finest and cleanest in Europe - with two miles of soft golden sand, plenty of rock pools and amazing surf.
The coastline is as rugged as it is beautiful dotted with magnificent cliffs, tiny cove and picturesque harbours. It was once the haunt of smugglers, pirates and wreckers and the fascinating history is retold in many small museums along the coast. Today visitors who love Henry Williamson's famous Tarka the Otter can retrace Tarka's journey by following the Tarka Trail.
Along the coastline surrounding a natural harbour is Ilfracombe with its Victorian architecture, Esplanade and famous Tunnels Beach. The harbour is always busy with fishing boats sailing in and out together with the paddle steamer Balmoral which offers day trips to Lundy Island. North Devon has something to offer and appeal to everyone, take time to come and find out for yourselves, we will make you very welcome.
The Woolacombe Bay area
WALK TO - Woolacombe is an ideal centre for an amazing range of adventure sports including surfing, paragliding, kayaking, coasteering and much more. Take a boat trip to Lundy Island,or a coastal Wildlife Cruise, enjoy a day out on a fishing boat or saddle up and go horse riding across the sand dunes and bridle ways. Woolacombe, extending to Putsborough, making a 3 mile sandy beach holds the 'England for Excellence Gold Award' for best family resort and was voted the Best British Beach in the Mail On Sunday. This stretch of golden sand has won both the blue flag and Premier Seaside Beach awards for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities. Lifeguards ensure safe family swimming during the summer and surfers come from all over the country to enjoy the great waves and clean water. Enjoy family friendly pubs, serving good pub grub. Spoil yourself at one of the many seafood restaurants in and around Woolacombe and Mortehoe, or just have a takeaway, fish and chips or a delicious cream tea as well as browse the many surf and variety shops. Visitors of all ages will find plenty to do away from the beach. There's a friendly, laid-back atmosphere here which visitors are sure to enjoy. Woolacombe and Mortehoe are very dog friendly areas with plenty of walks your dog will enjoy.
CYCLE TO - National Cycle Network,Devon Coast Route 27. This is a wonderfully scenic circular route on the North Devon coast with a link that allows a start and finish in Ilfracombe. and takes in two superb traffic free sections, the National Trust coast route beside the sea at Woolacombe Sands and the former railway path from Ilfracombe to Willingcott Cross. The remainder is along attractive minor roads through quiet villages and rolling Devon farmland.
DRIVE TO - Explore the beautiful Exmoor National Park. Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep all within a short driving distance. Cultural days can be passed at Arlington Court, historic Clovelly Village, Watermouth Castle, Lynton, Lynmouth, Victorian-styled Ilfracombe with its quaint fishing harbour and many more. Saunton Golf Course is a mere 3 miles down the road with its 2 famous links courses. Finally, picturesque walks through beautiful forested areas and running rivers such as at Watersmeet will complete your wonderful stay in this beautiful part of England.
