HARBOURVIEW is a superb 5 STAR LUXURY ARCHITECT DESIGNED contemporary VILLA with stunning SEA and HARBOUR VIEWS which has been newly purpose built as TWO Self-Contained LUXURY SUITES. The Ground Floor Suite is available to Rent with the Owners living in the 1st Floor Suite.

The SUITE is fully SELF-CONTAINED with 2 DESIGNER BEDROOMS and an ULTRA MODERN BATHROOM. The décor & furnishings are stylish and elegant. It has its OWN ENTRANCE, GARDEN, TWO CAR PARKING and is close to 4 LOCAL BEACHES and COVES.

The Suite is on the ENGLISH RIVIERA in a QUITE LOCATION but only a 5 to 10 minute walk into town with its Shops, Bars, Cafe's and Restaurants. It is also less than a mile away from 4 different beaches and picturesque coves.

The SUITE at HARBOURVIEW VILLA is totally PRIVATE and fully SELF CONTAINED. It has its own private GARDEN with a secluded decking area which is not overlooked. The DECKING has a DINING TABLE and 4 CHAIRS plus a Traditional Barbecue.

To the side of the Suite there is an additional sun bathing garden with sun loungers. Perfect for watching the amazing sunsets.

There is secure off road PRIVATE CAR PARKING for 2 LARGE CARS.

The SUITE at HARBOURVIEW VILLA should be looked upon as a LUXURY 5 STAR HOTEL SUITE as it has TWO spacious Deluxe Bedrooms and a fabulous Bathroom but DOES NOT HAVE a Separate Kitchen or Living room. However the Suite DOES HAVE a KITCHENETTE with a combination MICROWAVE/OVEN/ GRILL, A SLOW COOKER, TOASTER, FRIDGE, Plates and Bowls, Glasses, Cutlery, Glass Pans and Bowls plus Tea and Coffee making facilities.

Inside the Suite there is a Dining Table and 4 chairs plus a larger outside Dining Table and 4 chairs on the decking. Also, Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber eats etc all deliver HOT COOKED food to the Suite.

Finally, there is a professional stainless steel BARBECUE and OUTDOOR GRILL on the decking for alfresco cooking. Charcoal, lighters and barbecue accessories are all provided.

The SUITE has HIGH SPEED INTERNET access and 2 UHD 4K SMART TV's, One in each bedroom. Both bedrooms have 4K NETFLIX with the second bedroom also having a DVD player with a large selection of DVD's for children, teenagers and adults.

To ensure you have a good nights sleep The Suite has LUXURY POCKET SPRUNG BEDS, Egyptian Cotton Sheets and Duvet Covers. It also has luxury Egyptian cotton full size bath sheets and spa slippers for each adult.

The SUITE at HARBOURVIEW VILLA also has its own GAS CENTRAL HEATING system with its own boiler and lots of permanent hot water. Just adjust the thermostat to what ever temperature you want. It has radiators in every room which makes it really warm and cosy especially after those long winter walks on the beach.

The SUITE has a very useful LAPTOP work space which can be used as a WORKSTATION area or for HAIR, BEAUTY and MAKEUP.

The SUITE is very BABY, INFANT and CHILD FREIENDLY.

For Babies and Infants it has 2 Travel Cots, a High Chair, a Buggy, a Potty, an Infant Toilet Step and a Baby Bath.

For Children it has Buckets and Spades, Crabbing equipment, Fishing nets, Toys and Children's DVDs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Martin and Diane (the owner) a message.

If Martin and Diane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
