"Great place to stay in a fantastic location with very freindly hosts"

My wife and I stayed in the Quarter House with another couple and we had a great time. The facilities were very good and the location was perfect. The only point that I would say is that the kitchen i… More

Thank you for this nice review! We are aware that the kitchen is what a website might call "compact"…! But we have kitted it out with everything we think our guests might like, so there had to be a little compromise in terms of space. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us, and hope to welcome you again.

Thanks so much for this review - comments are always welcome. There is actually a brand new freezer on the top floor - sorry you missed it, perhaps we should have pointed it out ... hope you managed to have your drinks chilled enough without! Hope to welcome you again sometime.

"A beautifully situated little hideaway"

Thanks! That's so nice to hear. Actually, re. the water temperature: we are now adding a sign to say "run the hot tap slowly" as then it gets very hot. It's just one of those Medieval Rye things! Really glad you all had a great time and hope to see you again.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review The Quarter House, a lovely response and we are really glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We've had a great summer, weather-wise, to make the most of the local beaches... a Medieval town so close to the sea is an unusual combination so it's really a fun place to have a holiday.
