Awesome villa with swimming pool situated in a bi-familiar complex. The house, which is, 150 m.s. is situated in a very calm place, 1.5 km far from the sea and it has a beautiful view on the Aeolian Islands The house can host 8 people and is composed in this way: 3 bedrooms, an indipendent kitchen, a living room with sleeping sofa, 2 bathrooms. It has a garden as well with an outdoor table so that you can enjoy your meals outside looking at the beautiful sea.

The Sicily region
Sicily is a very nice region, both to enjoy the sea and to visit awesome places both natural and historical. In front of Patti you will find the Aeolian islands a very nice archipelago composed of 7 beautiful islands. But as I said Sicily offers more than just the sea, in fact you will be able to visit awesome historical places and natural beauties such as Palermo, Catania, Monreale, Taormina, mount Etna.
Patti area
Patti is a very nice town situated on the sea. If you have the car you can enjoy some different beaches that are situated around Patti not to far from the house. Patti offers some cultural and historical places as well such as the Villa Romana (Roman Villa), the greek theatre and the Tindari sanctuary which is famous in all the world for its black Madonna and its legend. You will be able to visit the wonderful "Laghetti di Marinello" situated just down the Tindari Sanctuary. Patti is a very good place to visit all Sicily as well because it is situated near the most interesting and famous touristical places in Sicily and you can have daily trips to these places.
How to get there
Patti is situated in a quite good place to be reached, in fact it is situated 180 km far from Catania. To get to Patti get to the motorway Catania-Messina (direction Messina), when you get to Messina you have to take the motorway Messina-Palermo, direction Palermo and you will get to the motorway exit Patti; go out there and call the owner who will pick you up. Patti is quite near to Palermo airport as well. To get to Patti from Palermo you have to get the motorway Palermo-Messina (direction Messina) and go on it until you find the motorway exit Patti; go out there and contact the owner who will pick you up. If you need we can arrange also the transfert from Catania and from Palermo. If you prefer railway we have a railway station as well in Patti.

Further details indoors: The house is on two floors and is composed in this way: on the ground floor there is a living room with sleeping sofa, a dining room and the kitchen; on the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms. The house has a swimming pool (6m.x11m.), a garden, a terrace with outdoor table so that you will be able to enjoy your meals outside and an awesome view on the sea and on the Aeolian Islands. Altough it's situated in a very quite place, the house is near to all the facilities such as town centre (700m.), beach (1.7 km) and everything else you need for your holiday.

English-speaking representative on hand to answer any questions. The swimming pool will be shared with the owners who lives in the other part of the house.

We prefer booking from saturday to saturday, and to confirm the booking you have to send us a prepayment of the 30% . If you book for more than one week you get these discounts: 2weeks 10% off, 3 weeks 15% off, 4 weeks 20% off (you can't benefit of these sales in the month of august)
