A £150 per week or part there of deposit is required to secure the booking. Confirmation of booking & receipt of deposit will be sent.
Full balance due 6 weeks before arrival, together with a deposit of £150.00 against any breakages, damage or loss of keys. (£200.00 if bringing a dog) fully refundable following a clean checkout report & return of keys. Landline telephone for incoming calls & emergency outgoing only.
