"Just a short note to thank you for the privilege of staying at your lovely home. We found the property to be deceptively spacious and very comfortable to live in. It was really clean and amazingly well-equipped for a holiday rental. It was our first time to visit the location and the house was very well situated to enjoy the Coast and the New Forest. We have had a most enjoyable holiday." B.W.
"Your house was excellent - comfortable and warm, and very well located. There were so many beautiful places to visit in the area. Our 18-year old son particularly appreciated the DVD collection, I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Grafton. We were sorry to leave!" K.K. Germany.

My parents, sister and I had a lovely Christmas break at this house. Lymington is a lovely town with some nice tea rooms and cooking shops. Went down to the coast almost every day and headed into the New Forest for a few days. The house is a modern terrace. It has a through lounge dining room arrangement which is great for getting people together. The owners are really helpful and provide absolutely everything we could have wished for from washing powder to Christmas decorations! Overall a brilliant experience. Crispin |

Lovely comfortable family home, with everything you could possibly need! Spotlessly clean! Due to the bad weather (!) we made good use of the house and found the DVD collection second to none! Very pleased to find such a secure garden - perfect for the dog! |
