From the owner

Cosy and comfortable entire holiday home located in the heart of Llanelli and an ideal location to explore local attractions, other parts of Wales and the South Welsh Coast. Its a vintage and seaside theme cottage terraced house. Fully equipped with everything you need. The beautiful coastal path and beach is approx 15 minutes walk or 5 mins drive. Conveniently located very close to shops, pubs, cafes, takeaways etc. If you didn't want to drive, the main train station is 5 min walk whilst bus station is approx 10 mins walk, and taxis are easily accessible. Ideal location to be used as a base and visit local attractions, or visit Tenby, Saundersfoot or Cardiff (Castle & The Mint). Parking just outside the house or opposite is a small car parking area, and Llanelli is located off the M4 motorway junction 48. Other near sites to see are Kidwelly Castle, Gower Peninsula, Mumbles, Llanelli Wetlands Centre, Scarlets Rugby Stadium and the Machynys Golf Club and Spa is just 5 mins drive away. Well behaved dogs are very welcome. Never hesitate to get in touch with the owner at all times if any information is required. There is an extra fee for dogs of £40 per dog per stay.

The space

There is a downstairs family bathroom (bath with shower overhead). The kitchen has a fridge freezer, washer/dryer, double oven, hob, microwave, toaster, crockery, utensils etc, and there is a comfortable large lounge to relax with a TV, and a dining area. Wi fi is free. The house is fully central heated. Additionally, there is a single mattress for any extra guest, or if preferred a put up single bed in the lounge. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with double beds - the vintage room and harbour suite. Linen and towels are provided. Please note the stairs are cottage style and narrow. In warmer climates, there is a yard and garden area where guests can sit out side, and safe for children to play in an enclosed area. Well behaved dogs are very welcome who are over the age of 9 months.

Guest access

Guests can access the entire house. There is on road parking just outside the house or a small carpark opposite to the left of the house as you come outside. Bicycles can be kept in the yard outside the back of the property, and the kitchen is large enough to accommodate a bicycle.

Other things to note

Location is good as near shops, restaurants and only 15 minutes walk to the beach. 5 minutes drive away. Llanelli is off the M4 and if travelling by car other areas in Wales can be accessible. Scarlets Rugby stadium 15 mins drive. Main Golf Club with Spa and restaurant 5 mins drive with many other tourist attractions Llanelli has to offer. Ideal location for hopping on a train and visiting Tenby, Saundersfoot etc.

Check out is 11 am and check in after 4pm. Can be flexible on request. Easy access by key safe.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
